they have to work more to deserve 4 stars, our mini bar was empty, the wifi did not work, we had a terrace with no seats so we had to stand on it, the bar of the hotel was Always closed, they had a terrace in front of the hotel but you could not order a drink because it was closed. In a hotel with 4 stars you expect more service now I rate them 2 stars with the service they give, though the staff did their best

the bed was excellent and the bathroom very good

Very helpful family run hotel. The special treatment for kids is impressive 👍 It was an unplanned stay but the hospitality of the Andalusischen Hotel will be remembered by us and our kids for some time 😄 Neat and tidy hotel with a nice little pool to beat the summer heat.

Sound insulation between rooms very poor. Could hear next door showering and loud banging of room doors. Shame, because it is a relatively new build. We never did know where our car had been taken and parked overnight by the valet, which made us a little nervous. Only other thing, as noted by other people, the interior is very, very dark. Could be a real issue for anyone with a visual impairment.

Easy to locate, modern, comfortable hotel. Friendly and polite staff, although little English spoken. Small garden area with a pool for relaxing. Pay parking available offsite or pay on street right outside the hotel. We used it as a stop off en route from the Algarve to Valencia, due to its proximity to the motorway. Thank you to the lovely lady who gave us some free bottles of water for our onward journey!

It felt like in the public areas the hotel was run by someone who didn't like to use electricity. None of the lighting was adequate in the stairwells or the reception. Expensive elaborate light fitting were not turned on and those that were had only one bulb out of eight operational. It gave a poor first impression of what was a good hotel.

Rooms were spotless and staff could not have been more helpful

Hotel was not very central and we had to walk 15 mins to town. But it's a small town and easily accessible.

New hotel, value for money, friendly staff. I could not find a restaurant at midnight when I had a case of hunger prangs, and the night guard made a Jamon sandwich for me. Ace!

A few niggles that would expect better from ****: -water not very warm when arrived and wanted to take shower (around 17.00), though warmed up later - basin plug didn't fit - wifi ok, though did drop - only 1 power socket that I could find.

Could perhaps spruce up the pool area (e.g. couple of new parasols and clean up the sun lounger cushions). Maybe put a photo or painting or two up in the rooms to add a bit of character.

Really nice folk running the place. Easy access to town (although as you may expect not loads to see in town!). Nice rooms and pool area.
