We had an issue with the bidet, which is not fixed to the floor. I was using it and it fell, making me fall and hit the toilet with my back. Definitely dangerous.

It was a convenient stay for the trip we were making since we only needed to sleep and then continue the trip. The apartment was very clean and the views beautiful. Easy access system.

Front gate, electric, broke so was delayed an hour leaving as they tried to open it remotely as no one on site to assist.

There was nothing to dislike

We stayed one night as a family in a two-bedroom apartment. We loved its cleanliness and practicality. There was free parking too, and the gentleman at the reception was so helpful and customer-focused. We also liked San Sebastian, but it was cloudy and rainy during our stay. I wish the weather had been better so we could have stayed longer!

Located outside of the main touristic part of the city so you would need a car or rely on the frequent bus service into town. While this was manageable for us, it might not be ideal for all groups of tourists. Given that the facilities within the apartment were very good, they were ideal for a longer stay especially if you planned to cook your own meals. Since this was not our plan, we did not make the most of these facilities during our short stay.

In outside area you are a bit too close to your neighbours. But - since it is a family travel oriented hotel - there are no parties etc... If it is full and you are late - you may have to park on the street. That should not be a grand issue, as area seems safe. May be too much communication attempts from hosts... But it might be only a small issue for Northeners. Locals may find it nice.

For the prise - you will be surprised how good it is. Nice shower, beds ok, clean, good size fridge, kitchenete, coffee machine, water boiler, tv (did not use, but one is there), good wifi, outside sitting area, view towards mountains.... But be aware - this is a place for those travelling with a car. There is nothing in easy walk distance. But also therefore area is quite and feels safe. It is clearly a family travel oriented hotel. Take your breakfast and snacks with you.

The futon was pretty hard and we were missing one set of sheets and pillows the first two nights, which we communicated on the first night but it took them yet another one to fix the issue. Through no fault of the hotel, the bathroom smelled really bad when it rained. It was virtually impossible to stop the smell, especially for such a small place.

Very pretty and functional apartment. We are four adults and had a perfectly fine time. They had nice details like leaving tea, coffee capsules, cookies, dishwashing and washing machine pills, etc. The terrace was also super nice, especially with the beautiful views of the countryside. We really enjoyed the stay.

Room lacked abit of comfort and appeal. Gardens and ground need to be more appealing. Looks tired.

The place requires maintenance both inside and out. The gardens are neglected as are the planters on the balconies . The glass screens separating the balconies are smashed. We had kitchen issues which required attention during our stay. The charge of 19 euros a nite for a dog is exhorbitant and by far the highest I’ve ever paid anywhere! Parking spaces are very limited and if not available the only option is outside on the busy dual carriageway.

The design of the apartments and their balcony views are spectacular.
