Right on the corner of two busy roads. Passing traffic made the outside space quite noisy.

Shower wasn't the greatest as water pressure was very low.. Pool area could do with a clean as white concrete lip around pool was very dirty and sun beds looked very old and worn. Apartment could do with replacement sofa has one side looks like the springs have gone so its slumps in one area making uncomfortable to sit on.

This is a great complex of apartments, mixed with residents and holidaymakers, it was a lovely and quiet area with a good size pool, the apartments are literally a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport, there is a Lidl right next to them and numerous other little supermarkets on the street. you will find a few little bars on the same street which are perfect pit stops for when you are heading down to the main area. The apartments had everything you could need from microwave to toaster, washing machine to coffee machine, iron, kettle all the cutlery and crockery you could need, it was perfect. There was a comfortable sitting room with sofa, chair and t.v if you want to relax after a day out in the sunshine. The bedroom was comfortable with double wardrobe and chest of draws. The bath had an overhead shower, the water kept to a constant temperature which is always a bonus I think. All in all a great apartment if Lanzarote is where you are thinking of heading to. The hostess of the apartments was very approachable via messaging and she responded very very quickly. 5 ***** all round

Great apartment with good facilities and a lovely communal pool. Close to supermarkets and a short stroll down to the sea front.

Only a couple of very minor points, all of which could easily and, we think, quite cheaply rectified 1) The curtain in the bedroom was not dark enough to block the light out properly, and was too long, but not wide enough. 2) The bath looked a bit like it needed a deeper clean. 3) The curtain the Living Room kept sticking on the curtain pole and wouldn't draw shut very easily. I think that dust has accumulated on the top of the pole and that dust just needs to be washed and dried off, which would enable the curtain to close/open much more easily. 4) The patio set looked lovely and new, but there were 3 older plastic chairs, of which only one looked clean. The other 2 appear to be stained by the sun/sand, and the apartment would be better if those 2 chairs were removed or replaced. As I mentioned above, we think that if these small points are rectified, it would really enhance the apartment, and we have only mentioned these as constructive criticism to help you achieve this.

We really liked the location, the actual apartment, the pool and pool area, all of which were very good. But for the couple of small points below, we would have rated the apartment a 9 in lieu of 8 that we have given.

About the property - Patio furniture needs replacing and umbrella needed for shade. Shower pressure needs increasing. Plug needed for kitchen sink. More electric sockets needed in seating area and kitchen. About the communication - key codes should have been given to us earlier than one day before we arrived as we had already left home the day before the flight and didn’t check email until after we arrived which caused problems.

The complex was peaceful and well looked after (pool cleaned and swept around regularly). Lovely view from balcony which got sun all day. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Location very good with 3 supermarkets less than 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes downhill to the main beach and long, lovely promenade.

Excellent apartment with everything we needed for our stay,great pool with plenty of sun beds available and is in a great location for the old town,beach and the bars and restaurants along the front if you like it a bit more lively on a evening,but if you fancy something a bit more relaxing you have local bars just around the corner from the accommodation.

There was a constant smell of cannabis from the flat below. On our second day the man from the flat below came up the stairs and shouted hello hello whilst spying through the trellis and asked us to only wear soft soled shoes in the apartment. This was following him making a noise all day on his patio, which we did not complain about. He avoided us after that, but it spoilt our stay. We came to this apartment last year and loved it, but would not come back.

It could be an issue if you are not very mobile, as there are stairs up to the apartment You have to be careful not to have all 3 rings on the hob on full as it trips the fuse. Easily resolved by turning them down

Very clean, comfortable apartment. We had an issue with the washing machine, and toilet both were resolved within 24 hours despite it being Christmas. Good location in a quiet neighbourhood. Good pool area. Near to 2 supermarkets. Close to a few bars/restaurants. So you could stay there without having to go down the hill to the seafront. 15 minutes to walk to the old town. Fantastic see view.
