A/C in one of the rooms didn't work properly and the air smelled like in a cellar, moist and musty. Mattresses were very soft. I was not informed before our arrival that breakfast would not be available the next day (02. May) and with an exception could be ordered to our room. The breakfast was too little and eggs and coffee cold.

Location was very nice and quiet with a beautiful view.

Clean comfortable rooms. It was a bit chilly in March, but the aircon unit heats to room so was very comfortable. Staff are very friendly. The restaurant is vegetarian and serves very good food.

Large property with separate kitchen and small terrace is great for self catering but I came by bus and don’t see a shop in the hamlet so I won’t be using the facilities but they seem adequate The bedroom is large and an extension block near the tv makes up for the lack of plugs around the rooms . One by the bed would have been useful. Heater and air com made the room warm despite the winter mountain temperature outside Quiet peaceful location even the dogs are quiet It’s situated on one of the walk routes and several great hikes are around the area so a great base for walkers They let me check in early even though I just needed a place to keep my luggage so I could go off walking . Good WiFi signal

Excellent location on the edge of the National park. Several good walks direct from the property. 1 minute walk to two local restaurants. Good, cheap local food.

The reception I got at arrival where far from what they say in the confirmationmail and not what I expected. Very unfriendly male person who came out to the parking place and wondered what I wanted. Had to park in the street as their parking was closed by a chain The photos are general and don't correspond to the room or apartment you chose . I got a 2 story apt. with kitchen and bathroom downstairs which i didn't expect. Mentioned that to the guy and he just laughed. I was told that the house was 200 m from the reception, in reality 650m, half of the way with no street lights whatsoever. Nice pictures when you book but they definitely don't correspond to reality. Had dinner at the neigbouring restaurant due to what I have written. Not value for the money for 1 person

As I came with the bus I couldn't time my coming as I pleased. So I arrived around 12.00 . It was cold outside and only because I made a miserable face I was allowed to wait an hour in the resturant. I sent a whatsapp message about my time of coming,as I was advised by the mail, but I dont think they even read it or understood it. Even thaugh I was asking for a first floor room I got the highest one. It took the owner 2 minutes to understand that maybe he should help me with my luggage. The person I was in touch with ( the owner?) during my stay was very unpleasant and not welcoming. Also he didnt know English. And wouldn't make an effort to help.

It is located in a beautiful area. The food at the resturant is good.

The location is lovely but you definitely need a car. Place is clean and nice.

For most of the day there was no shade on the terraces. It was a little difficult to sit outside without getting sun burnt.

The staff were super friendly, the room and location were beautiful, but the best thing by far was the all vegetarian restaurant. The best food on our entire trip. Every single dish was delicious and the prices were more than fair.

Shower badly designed - when shower head hung up, is at fixed angle and showers the curtain instead of the body. Shouldn't have been difficult to fix an adjustable angle support bracket, which all other showers we have ever used, have as normal. Poor shower curtain, clings to body and results in flooded floor. Extraordinary that neither an electric kettle, nor a toaster, were provided - we had to boil water in a pan on the electric hob, very wastefully of electricity which the owner pays, a bad lapse both for owner and hirer. Don't understand either why no electric toaster, not expensive and standard in most such holiday lets, is provided. Also no corkscrew - small point but important when guests bring back a bottle of wine!

Location - great view. Good electric heater, definitely needed at this altitude and this time of year. Bed comfortable. Liked the resident cat on log outside!

The room was very small and the arrangement such that rhe room is basically a corridor around the bed. The large closet was busy with insects so we did not use it, so our luggage basically filled the room. The pivate patio was litterally a cave 60 cm wide. The info on the website showed a bugalow but not a room in a house with shared facilities.

As toilet paper cannot be put down the wc but in a bin, you would expect it to be emptied every day. After 2 days flies were in the bathroom so we asked if the bin could be emptied along with the waste paper bin in the room. We were told, they were only emptied on the 4th day. It made us feel dirty. The shower head sprayed everywhere and the bathroom floor got quite wet. The shower floor was also slippery. We were not told that the restaurant was closed on a Tuesday (luckily we had eaten elsewhere) otherwise we would have had to driven somewhere - nothing is quick and easy to get to!

The airco / heating didn’t work at first but eventually they fixed it. This the good part. But the guy working there grabbed me twice for what seemed to be a hug. I am a woman travelling alone and I don’t want people - especially men - that I don’t know to touch my body without consent. I ‘ve had bad experiences in the past as well. And I didn’t feel safe to stay there anymore. I cancelled the two extra nights and informed them why. They proposed a breakfast / lunch but I still had to pay for the two extra nights - while I went away because of their behavior. It shouldn’t be this way - very disappointed. Don’t go there when you are a woman traveling alone
