Don't think this should be 3 star rated, more like a 2 star. Very basic.

Location is terrible, about 25 mins drive into Seville and very remote. Nothing around hotel to see. Food was awful, cold and bad quality. Tired feeling from room and hotel. Pool was really busy with locals and looked very dirty/cloudy so we wouldn't use it.

Not much to like apart from easy parking and good air conditioning.

It felt a bit like a tired Butlins holiday camp - unfortunately we had to share dining with almost 100 school children who at dinner and breakfast sounded more like a thousand strong ! The food also resembled school dinners but there was plenty. The meal had to be paid for in cash - no credit cards and could not be allocated against the room.

Walls were quite thin and noisy staff at 7am talking loudly as they clean. Rooms a bit dated but v cheap.

Good sized rooms clean and decent breakfast. I also must say you get what you pay for. I read some of the reviews and people seem to not do any research. The place is a bit out of the way but it is literally 15 mins from centre of Seville by car. Also the town actually has lots of bars and restaurants. We explored a bit and found at least 7! There is also a supermarket.

hotel was tired and need a lot of TLC and general care and maintenance. Stale smells coming from the drains and into my room. The a/c blew only hot air, though they arranged repair of the unit. WIFI strength was very weak apart from in the hotel lobby

You get what you pay for mostly, and this was not an expensive hotel

Couldn't park car close to the room. Although I told the hotel that I had my dog with me, I was originally given a room which didn't allow pets in. The pet friendly rooms hadn't been maintained for years they were disgusting, the whole block needed painting. The drains needed some attention. Was charged an extra 10e for the dog fine, but was not told that before. 45e for a disgusting room, I won't be staying there again

    Nothing

They had not acknowledged an email saying we had dogs with us. Said we needed to tick a box. The receptionist had a copy of our email in front of her mentioning dogs. However she did find a 'dog' room or 2 - on the outskirts of the site. Rooms needed a bit of a facelift. Peeling ceiling, windows that wouldn't close properly. No available wifi there!! Also no free toiletries.

The immediate impression was great. The room rate was good.

    A bit outdated, but OK

Breakfast was good. Good hotel just before international flight from Sevilla, staff was helpfull in printing tickets for Ryanair. The pool is quite nice. Before the flight you have a good breakfast in the hotel that helps you through the day. Tip: go with children to the outlet centre near the airport 2nd tip before returning the rental car have a lunch outside the airport in the direction of Centaur car rental (parralel road), there are 2 café's where you eat excellent for reasonable prices

There was no soap in the bathroom or in the shower and when I called the reception they said they would bring it in a minute but never did. After that they hung up on me and I never got any soap.

The place is terribly noisy with packs of Asian and American group tourists staying one night and rolling their bags 24/7. It was impossible to open teh window or sleep peacefully. The manager is super impolite and rude. Not willing to accommodate as booked. The kitchen staff is also noisy rolling dilapidated carts from 5 am to 11 pm across the property and making it impossible to stay there. The pool was probably never cleaned. There were dead insects floating in it together with branches leaves and God knows what else. The sunbeds are probably some 30 years old and were never changed. The playground is just in a life-threateninig condition for kids. The breakfast was terrible with bacon and scrambled eggs that didn't really have any flavour. The rice served fro breakfast was not fresh and smelly. The coffee isn't real! Some undrinkable powder. The pictures on the booking are not reflective of the condition the hotel is in. Everything is just too old and barely standing. In the night stranded dogs run around the property.

Parking was available on the property

The water in the shower could have been hotter but that is a minor point. Everything else was great.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was huge and spotless. We arrived at lunchtime on a Sunday when the restaurant was open for an excellent buffet (€10 including wine and water). We had the swimming pool to ourselves on a very hot afternoon. A great value 1 night stay for €30!
