Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The parking situation was a bit confusing. It was hard to follow directions on how to get out of the parking lot . :)

Air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well, no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.
The beds were so so comfortable! Spacious room despite three of us (so extra bed put up as well, still plenty of space). Very clean, secure parking just down the road. Excellent location right amongst the bars and restaurants, but not too noisy in the room itself.

Bed was very hard and we could feel some of the mattress springs.
Great location, clean, large work room downstairs, very friendly staff, nice bar/breakfast area with the option of having a coffee and croissant for breakfast if not wanting to commit to the whole buffet. Would recommend their bar tapas for a light lunch.

The weather - can't blame the hotel for that though!
Right in the centre of town, near all the bars and restaurants and very close to the harbour. The view from our room was great.

The hotel is on a very busy street and there is a popular bar next door. Street noise was an issue for us but we were on the first level. Saturday night was the worst so if that bothers you it is something to consider. Not so bad on the week days.
Staff was friendly and the room was nice.

Clean, standard hotel room in superb location and professional, friendly staff. Right on the doorstep of excellent plazas and restaurants and only a short stroll to the Old Town. Free parking only 10-15 minutes walk away, but you could also park at the front of the hotel for 10 minutes for free while you drop your bags off or re-load them.

Festival noise went on all night; could not sleep. Our car was in hotel garage but due to police closing the street in front of the hotel, we could not load our luggage at the hotel at checkout. Car ended up parked up on a hill and we had to drag our luggage all the way there. Front Desk should have informed guests of the street closure.

We were only there for one night and didn't use the restaurant facilities, so really not much not to like.
The underground parking option at EUR12 per day, located only 200m's from the hotel, was excellent. There were a lot of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Great location.

Nothing we didn't like.
Location excellent in centre of town. Town fiesta during our stay and we were able to watch activities from our window. Reception staff very helpful throughout the visit and helped with a problem when we arrived. Good room with plenty of space and lovely bathroom.

The parking is not on site, but in another street.
A small single room in a chain hotel. Very standard but clean and comfortable. A great central location near to the beach, attractions and restaurants. Well sound insulated, which is necessary in that location and good AC. Good breakfast.

It was not too hot when we stayed there but there seemend to be no AC available. Since this apartment was under the roof there is a potential it could get very hot on sunny, warm days. Since location is in a vibrant area, we do not recomment to leave the windows open if you're a bad sleeper.
We stayed in the apartment with our kids. Friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast. Location is excellent in terms of right next to the street with all bars and restaurants.

The only draw back was that fact that I couldn't sleep with the windows open. The hotel is downtown between 2 busy streets, some restaurants open early, while others close late. You can clearly hear the conversation. Closing the window, sound proof.
Free WiFi, clean room, comfortable bed. There is a restaurant, however, I went out to the many locals just out the door.
