Booked a sea view room but got a room with a side sea view...very nice room but would have preferred a full sea view and sun on balcony all day. Gym facilities were very basic, could have more equipment Perhaps an extra pillow on bed.

The bathroom flooded when having a shower at 5am before the airport as the drain backed up in the shower. There is no stop between the bathroom tile and bedroom laminate so all laminate was lifted and soaked where this has obviously happened numerous times over the years. I didn't notice it the night before having arrived so late but did inform the hotel it needed fixing.

I booked this hotel as I had an early flight back to the UK and Palma was the stop over from Marsielle, it was 10mins from the airport (4bus stops) and within budget so ideal. I arrived around 9.30pm and the hotel was lit up but relatively quiet. Reception and communal areas were very chic and aesthetically pleasing. Check in was an easy process and I went to the room. The room itself was spacious with large wardrobe space, tv, large bathroom and balcony. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever stayed at and the memory foam pillows ensured a great night sleep!

The only minus is you have to pay extra for the sauna and the bikes to hire are really heavy, but it's just to be picky

Excellent location- this is the best thing about the hotel. Super close to the airport, local beach and there is a bust stop right in front of the hotel entrance. Very good housekeeping of the rooms. Good conditioning and heating 👌

Property could have been maintained in good shape. Rooms doesn't have aircon, they only blow hot air. In strong wind, the air duct was just blowing out.

Location was really nice. plenty of options to eat. just 5 mins away from beach. Even for parking, there is more than enough parking available. Room was on top floor so there was infinite view in the ocean.

Floor in the hotel room. Got two different rooms and in both floor was devastated. As well as many other things. The room's furnishings were very cheap and tacky. Elevator didn’t worked properly. I was afraid it will stock. Ventilation in one room was so loud that I thought I have washing machine above my head all night.

Though the choices at breakfast and dinner were extensive, much of the food and its presentation would not be to everyone's taste. Also, the absence of a kettle in the room. Many of the staff let the hotel down by their standoffish attitude. It certainly wasn't the friendliest place I've stayed.

Stayed in double room with premium terrace, there wasn’t much privacy between the terraces on each side and also overlooked from rooms above.

Breakfast and evening meal was excellent, hotel location was very central, with bus stop across the road to Palma and the airport.

I would have hoped the Java would have supplied tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. T V is limited with very few English speaking programmes to watch (Need Sky or other service to choose from) Always been very pleased with restaurant but this year standard of selection has decreased and the Chef serving the live cuisine was not a patch on the old chef, we found her somewhat rude and very low on servings unless asked for extra to what she wished to serve us. eggs and other items not cooked and served hot but stored on hot plate, the other cooked food was only aired and not hot.

Been to Java many times over past 10 years. Good location great bus service to the capital and the airport. The restaurant is well operated with excellent staff. Rooms clean and tidy with most of which is required and serviced daily. Guests seating is adequate and the pool clean and are very tidy, good outside bar and snack opportunity which is well serviced

The hotel is nice, especially for the location that is close to Palma, the airport and the beach. The bed is comfortable and the balcony with the sea view was amazing, the bathroom would need some changes (especially because during shower water goes everywhere since the glass is not big enough). Breakfast is good, a lot of different choices with a decent quality. Probably I would have preferred less options for a better quality.
