Excellent and friendly staff. Beautiful, clean pool area. Rooms beautiful and provided everything I could want. Peaceful and relaxing stay in a busy city.

Didn’t like the idea of paying €15 for a swim in the indoor pool. A big negative for a swimmer. The outdoor pool looked a good option, but not at the time of year we visited.

Nice room with all that we needed for a day/night in Jerez. It is a fair walk into the City centre, however we didn’t mind. Some may wish to be closer. The breakfast and breakfast room was very nice overlooking the pool. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant, which was excellent. Staff in all areas were first class, particularly Alex; who checked us in. He was very helpful and spoke very good English.

We had an evening meal in the onsite restaurant, AQ35, and were very disappointed. The food was cold. We sent it back and it came back barely warm in the middle and excessively oily. The staff were not very attentive.

If anything is worth mentioning we would say we found the spa area quite pricey for 45 min time to use it.

We had a comfortable stay in Jerez &Spa. The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of food to choose of. Our room had a terrace to the pool which was quite nice.

The hotel was great, it would have been nice if it was a little closer to town, but obviously, nothing can be done about that!

A modern hotel with all facilities depending on the time of year! We enjoyed our night there and our room was extremely spacious, lovely balcony looking out on the outdoor pool and gardens. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Nice bar to have our nightcap in!

Let's just say, this hotel is not for you if you're a morning person The pool was not included in the price which was confusing - and it also opens later in the day so it didn't make sense for us to use it There is a gym, which is old and needs a redo but its there - however you can't use it early in the morning because it is too loud (they told us) - we got in after 9 am

The rooms were very nice, comfy and breakfast was great! Unfortunately breakfast starts at 8 on the weekends which is is a bit late for some

We seemed to have a room that could join to another room with a door. This made it quite noisy (only on one night) when the people in the next room came back very late from a night out and were talking for along time quite loud and we could hear every word. This was from about 1:30am - 330am.

Breakfast was an excellent buffet type, with all kinds of options. Excellent.

The toilet flush in our bathroom was lamentable and needs to be looked at immediately.

A good, large clean bedroom and bathroom with an excellent shower,. Public areas are full of beautiful bronze statuettes reflecting the equestrian heritage of Jerez. Superb breakfast with a huge choice of food, both hot and cold, available. All the staff were very friendly and efficient.

Just one socket at one side of the double bed is definitely not meeting today standards. I traveled alone and yet I have several devices to recharge with me and I had to do it in cycles

The washroom is a bit dated. As well, the hotel restaurant dinner was not that great, the two dishes we had were too salty.

The hotel needs some refurbishment here and there in or der to be a 4-star hotel. Upon check-out the Wifi did not work so payment was not possible with credit card. An option mentioned by the reception was to walk to an ATM and get cash for payment - a process which surprised us as it is standard to pay by credit card. Luckily the receptionist was able to solve this by a payment link.

Price/value for this hotel is very good. We stayed in a standard double room where there was a balcony on 2 sides facing the street.

We were told to ask about late check out when we arrived and they wouldn't accommodate us. This was very disappointing and inconvenient.

Excellent hotel with lovely staff. Bus stops right outside for the mile into Jerez or very cheap taxis. Lovely quiet well looked after area. Buffet breakfast looks excellent

The pool hours are from midday, so not ideal for morning swimmers!

The Hotel is located a short drive from the centre of town and is a convenient base for exploring Jerez. The Hotel has a fabulous outdoor pool and also a Spa with an Indoor pool, albeit at an additional cost The breakfast provided plenty of choice and was a cut above many buffets I have experienced Rooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning
