1. Check-in and check-out - too much time spent on that (~10 minutes) 2. Jacuzzi on the rooftop - we were there 7 days. on the second day I've reported it not working - and it remained unavailable till the end of our stay 3. SPA area is basically a joke! - there are no hangers and no shelves, so the only way to keep your belongings dry is to leave them in the changing room before entering the SPA - this means no bathrobes , no towels - they REQUIRE swimming suits in the spa area (including Sauna and the steam bath - that's ridiculous and I've never seen such rules before) - there whole spa room is like a rectangle - on two longer edges there are: a recreational pool, and on the other edge, sauna, bathtub and showers - this makes it like a showroom - people in the pool are staring at the people taking shower/in Sauna - Sauna has one glass wall which makes it like an aquarium - don't expect people to behave like civilized humans there - during our whole stay we've met only 1 couple that sat on their towels in Sauna. People sit in Sauna/steam bath and they're opening doors, cause it's too hot(!), usually they enter for 1-2 minutes, after they leave sauna they leave doors opened, they put ice in Sauna, to make it colder etc. etc. - there is CCTV operating in the SPA area - and the whole spa has one glass wall, which makes it like a showroom 4. The room itself (actually the toilet) - it was designed by someone out of mind (at least in the room. 613, but I believe it's the same for 513 and others). - it's hidden behind doors in the corner. There is such a small space, that the toilet paper from the hanger unrolls directly to the toilet. The location of the toilet paper hanger is also awesome - you have to sit carefully, otherwise the paper will fall into the toilet 5.

The room - tiny bit tidy The balcony was awesome The restaurant and food - A-MA-ZING! Staff - people working there are always helpful and happy. Waiters - I think the best we've ever seen (waiter Antonio is a real precious as well as cook - Liliana - but everyone was great. They don' (or barely) speak English) Late checkout was also super-nice. Location - super-close to the beach, close to the airport, there are a lot of options in the neighborhood (less than 5 minutes walk) There are 2 recreational swimming pools and one for more professional swimming, Finnish sauna, Steam bath, gym, all free of charge

I couldn’t get any spa treatments, as was closed on the day we had spend at the hotel. We booked a half board and as much as the breakfast food was nice, the dinner was not so great.

The location was great - close to the airport, with a nice beach nearby. Checking in late at night was no problem. The price was very good.

I had the stay at your hotel 10 days during 1.-11.3.2024. There was bugs at my room. And I got lot of bugi bites to my body. So, I had to make lot of freezing/heating things for all my clothes, bags etc. Other thing was that I ordered and we were agreed upon that I'll got cold breakfast at 6 am before my early flight. But, I didn't got nothing breakfast, at the reception they didn't know nothing about order of cold breakfast. I was really disappoint about these things. Br, Terho Pekkarinen.

The windows of our room faced the backyard because of this from 6 am we could hear how the kitchen was working and the staff was transporting dishes. But we like to sleep with the windows open. with the windows closed, they can't be heard.

It was a beautiful place! The staff was friendly, the breakfasts and lunches were lovely, there was something new every day. The spa area is not very big but we loved it. Every night there was some kind of show at the bar.

Something is off with the hotel software - it takes inexplicably long time to check-in, what causes queues at the reception all around the clock. Although it didn't affect me personally, the check-out time is listed as 11:00, despite the reservation indicating 12:00. Also, the hotel is advertised as "Non-smoking throughout", but in fact there are ash trays and smoking on the balconies is allowed - it was a disappointment since I'm sensitive to the cigarette smoke. The steam room in the SPA area seems to be closed for quite some time already due to a malfunction, so only one sauna was available for guests. While the hotel is clean overall, the bathroom ceiling in our room (101) was super dirty and crooked, and basically it should be replaced. And the very last: one pillowcase was torn and one was stained, please replace linen on time.

Caring and welcoming staff. Overall clean and well maintained. Super diverse and plentiful breakfasts and dinners (drinks at the dinner ordered separately). SPA area is free to use for hotel guests - it was nice to spend evenings in the sauna and in the small heated indoor pool (didn't try other pools including outdoor ones due to a rather cold & windy weather, pool bar was also not manned because of that). Nice location: there are multiple beaches nearby, and a nice observation deck along the sea shore. Palma is reachable by foot, the route is pretty scenic and takes about 1.5h one way. Taxi from the ferry port costs around 12-14€, to the airport 17-19€.

Good location, the food is good and versatile, with themes of flavors, bike rental and the possibility to store your own bike and a good opportunity to relax in the wellness/spa section after the bike tour. 🙋‍♂️🚵‍♂️👍🍻

Very small shower.

Nice Bar in the swimming pool. Nice relaxing area on the roof. The breakfast and dinner were very good. Possibility to rent bycicles.

The rooms are a bit small ,although we did not spend much time there! But the bathroom definitely a little too small!! I do object to having to pay for a safe.

The only thing that could have been improved was there was no iron in the room, I did borrow one from reception but it was a tiny travel iron without an ironing board.

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful, there are multiple outside pools and rooftop jacuzzi that were always clean and lots of nice little areas to relax around the pools. The swim-up bar was a great place to hang out and get chatting with other guests. The spa was really excellent and had much better facilities than we were expecting. The location is brilliant, 10 minutes from the airport right near the beach and some bars/ restaurants etc. The food was really nice and we actually had the majority of our meals there as it was a good standard. Overall would highly recommend the hotel and we would love to go back again.
