the hotel designed mainly for sleeping, has no facilities other than parking. 4 km from the city center

Overall the hotel is good, the rooms are comfortable, the price is cheap

The hotel is in an industrial area, difficult to find, facilities ate very average, restaurant was poor, and no independent air conditioning system for the room.

Toilet looks like not finished - holes between the sockets and the tiles. Breakfast - don't expect too much. During the longer stay it is boring - the same dishes everday.

The air conditioning system was out of service, damaged or turned off. In order to cool my room I opened the window, but couldn't sleep well due to the noise coming from the highway.

    It was ok

I booked a room for 3 adults and never expected to see 3 beds moved together without any space between them! But the most frustrating thing was location. The only way to get to the city and back was taxi. The bus stop far away and there were no buses at all because of holiday!

The hotel is quite modern. The staff very helpful , especially Rose was very nice

Everything else. Hallways were filthy, parking was difficult, only shop was like a Walmart. All other buildings in the area were industrial. This was anything but a 3 or 4 star hotel, more like a 2.

The name of the hotel as it is on the booking.com does not match the actual sign that we were trying to find from the road. It was so frustrating. There is a neon sign that reads Hotel but not the name. Also once we arrived, the parking they offered was like a cave, jet black hole going down the ground. There was no way you could tell where you were going to. We parked outside instead. But to be fair, the room was nice and clean. The front desk girl Carmen was very nice and helpful.

    Clean and price was reasonable

Bedding- still using blankets..disgusting when the sheet moves and you touch something that many bodies have touched. Room far too small to be called a triple or a double with an extra bed shoved in. Shower weak and unstable on the wall.

nice enough foyer, though whenyou get to your room, its apparent they are trying to run on a very tight budget which is not reflected in the price.filthy hallway carpets, and suspect stains on the bedsheets. its good im not overly fussy. the budget style was on show at reception also, with the receptionist doubling as cook and waiter. the guy tried hard, but waiting for him to make toast when you want to check in, or waiting for him to check parties in when you want a coffee is not the definition of a 4* hotel.

We spent 15 days traveling the North of Spain, this was the only place on the entire trip where food was actually "bad" at their restaurant, Will never stay or eat at any Sercotel

Quite a lot of noise. For 2 nights until 3am ish someone in heels walking about above my room this on both nights Quite noisy. Second night school kids slamming doors and running about at 2130. Spoke to receptionand and it stopped. As usual no tea / coffee in room.

Comfy bed , clean rooms, sensible hotel bar, friendly effective staff. Very Premier inn style, probably better
