Beautiful room, facing the Cathedral, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Very comfy large bed, all the toiletries, robes, slippers. And then there was the welcome tray with jamon, bread and wine!!

PortugalTwo things to mention. Frst and most important was the bed. Although they where quite new, it was an absolute rock solid mattress and way too hard for anyone with any kind of need for a comfortable mattress. The other thing is that being on the top floor we where right underneath (or next to) a very loud machine like an industrial airconditioning unit which was a constant background noise and not very nice.
Best location in town, right in front of the cathedral, yet no noise from the street in the room. Great staff, very friendly one and all. The roof terrace is to die for, best spot in town, just stop looking for a better spot and sit down and enjoy the view and the laid back atmosphere. Room was well equipped, bathroom very nicely put together and great shower. The extra touches like a record player with pre selected records to our taste was great!

Ideally situated in the Cathedral Square within easy walking to the public parking and all the local places of interest. Fitments and facilities in the hotel are modern and hi-tech. Amada, in reception, was really helpful in advising where to go for eating and enjoyment and how to get to all the must see places in this area of Gadiz. All this information given with a sunny smile.

United KingdomUnfortunately being “winter” the air con therefore didn’t work first night and leaving the window open left me sleepless all night with the constant noise from the busy square and road. We were given a portable air con unit the 2nd night which made all the difference.
Staff were lovely. Location was amazing immediately in front of the cathedral and close to everything in the old town. We also got an excellent last minute price.

Canadaunable to bring room down below 23 degrees even when thermostat set at 16. No fan in room and non available which made it difficult to sleep without window wide open which made it a little noisier late at night and early mornings. This is a very solvable issue which management were made aware of.

United States of AmericaThe air conditioning did not work when we first checked in, so our first night was miserable. They offered to move us to another room, but it was after midnight so we toughed it out that night. It was working the next day but there was misunderstanding on how their climate control system worked in general. However, things had been made right for us by the end of our stay. The staff worked hard and was excellent at problem solving!
Location on the Cathedral plaza was in the center of everything. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and responsive, especially in resolving a major problem we had at the beginning of our stay.
