We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe shower sprayed water everywhere. The shower curtains are short, and the whole floor gets drenched. Kettle/crockery located outside in communal area which is downstairs and outside near pool. There is no 24 hour reception on-site or daily cleaning.
Authentic apartment with reasonably comfortable beds and a great lounge area. Fabulous location. Pool area nice.

The location is great - full of sightseeing places around and good restaurants as well. The apartment is basic, but comfortable and with everything you need. The pool and the view to the Cathedral are definitely a plus!

We didn’t stay there. We waited for 2 hours outside the door it was locked. Kept ringing the number just hang up on us. Tried to ring bookings.com all busy sent txt nothing, No help. Finally a passer by helped as rang on her number which was Spanish they spoke. Someone came we went in,it was dirty smelt had been locked up for months. Went with the lady to sister hotel they decided to give us a room their after I got very upset. Very disappointed in the communication.

SpainCant give a review on the staff as we didn't see any of them, called when we reach Ronda as asked by email but were more or less left to our own devices found the apartment ourselves and the cleaner saw us in good job she was there. One small mirror in the bathroom for the whole apartment a tiny shower in a corner with waist of time curtain, small veg rack for toiletries this was falling to pieces. Kitchen consisted of fridge and sink nothing else, there was a communal area with appliances but had to find this ourselves.no Wi-Fi even after calling someone for info, when we left still no one?? we just left the keys on the table. No communication to see if we were ok or if we had any questions. Would never return the lack of customer service was staggering.

HungaryJust a minute before arrival I was called by the host that we cannot take our room becasue the boiler was broken. They wanted to put us into a motel but we were so tired already, we did not want to go to anyother place. They gave us another room, but although this room (nr 10 on the ground floor) had a kitchenette, it had no glasses, plates, cutlery or any pots and pans, no kettle either. We wanted to have dinner inside the room as we were very tired but could not do this (this is why we chose an apartment with a kitchenette but what is the point of one cannot use it? No glasses to drink a glass of water. The owner did not respond to our requests :-( When the orher guests returned to the accommodation above us at 2:45 am, we were woken by the noise that came thru the old wooden ceiling. All the sebtences, steps were heard and the creaming noise when they moved their chairs! All 3 of us woke up and could not slepp back until they were moving upstairs :-( What a dreadful night! Bathroom floor tiles were moving so each time one of us went to the toilet at night, the others woke at the sound of stepping on it. The building itself is interesting,but was not made for a good night’s sleep with plenty others coming and going.I was not happy and was trying to get some discount but was not contacted by the host.It was way too expensive for this night spent there.
The beds were firm and comfortable but that is about it.

United KingdomDO NOT STAY HERE!!! Someone broke into our room while we were out and stole our passports and electronics. When we spoke to Francisco, the hotel manager, he shouted and accused us of lying, and said that we would be charged for wasting time if we went to the police. The police arrested the people who robbed us within 2 hours. The room was also very dirty and very noisy from other guests.
At first the hotel looked to be in a good location, but it was not enough to outweigh the problems we had.
