The staff was amazing, the room very comfortable, and the best part was the balcony where we sat in the sun with views of the Sierra Nevada dusted with snow. Marvelous!

Good location overlooking the valley and the village. Solid breakfast. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Airflow in them is not very good and it can get really stuffy even with the window cracked in winter.

It was at the top of the village, far from the bus stop and as there was no taxi service it was difficult to find. But a lovely lady in a bar rang the hotel and someone came to collect us.

The room was very spacious with good storage. The balcony and patio were spacious with lovely views. The breakfast was excellent with 8 different varieties of fresh fruit. The restaurant was very good. The staff were really helpful. They arranged for someone to deliver an iPad charging cable when I had left mine at a previous hotel and also organised a taxi when we missed the bus.

Located in the town of Trevelez. The location is just perfect if you want to stay away from the noise of city life. The facilities are super clean and sustainable. There is a restaurant that belongs to the same hotel and the food is as organic and fresh. They have their own veggie garden. The view from our room faced the Sierra. Lots of wild birds and serene surroundings. The staff was super amazing,. Breakfast which is served on the hotel's lower floor is super delish and has a variety of local food selections. The pool which faces also the Mountains is super clean and has plenty of recliners for reading or relaxation. We loved this location and its people.

Just be aware that the streets are very small and that you might park somewhere else if you are not used to the car you are driving (rental car as we did?). We were happy to have only little luggage to carry on the 300m distance.

Very nice place. The rooms are spacious and the beds were very good. Nothing failed on the breakfast buffet. The pool is perfekt. We enjoyed very much our stay. We had booked for just one night but prolonged with an extra night.

Its hard to argue with much when you're being fed so well!

Can't say enough good things about La Fragua II. The staff cleaned meticulously, the room was large, with a balcony and a beautiful view down over the town and the valley, the access to trails was from the door, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were patient and accommodating and I am already looking forward to returning!

Very very difficult to go through the village to the hotel, above all with a full loaded motorbike. GoggleMap seemed to indicate the hotel on the main road, but it is not

Overall it is a nice hotel. Spacious rooms with balcony on the valley. Free private parking. The restaurant has perfect view and amazing food, but it is quite expensive. Good quality food for breakfast, but limited choices

Perfectly positioned hotel in the upper part of Trevelez with perfect view to mountains. The pool also very nice. Staff is kind and helpfull. Their restaurant also good. Recommended.

The room was standard, although outdated and dark in terms of decoration and design. Since there is very little to do, or few restaurants and/or shops available it would be a nice detail to have a small fridge in the rooms for guests to store food and drinks. The bartender at the restaurant vehemently reminded every single guest upon entry that we needed a reservation, yet everyone was able to have a table without them. Communication could be improved.

Location was convinient The view from the terrace was beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was complete and good for the value. The restaurant was also good.
