Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Poland- We got a room with a window across a very narrow street, and there was an old ugly building like 4 meters away, so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. - Sometimes during meals there was not enough staff in the restaurant. - Expensive parking
- Excellent buffet breakfast with fresh orange juice, good coffee and local food like cheese, ham or cakes, although it was the same every day. - Dinner a la carte, few options to choose from, different every day - amazing croquettes and tataki tuna. Very good, but portions could be a bit bigger. - Nice swimming pool on the roof with long opening hours, unfortunately in January the water was rather cold, but still it was possible to take a quick private swim as the pool was almost always empty. - Free safe in a room.

United KingdomI only wish we stayed longer.
The hotel is really lovely and the pictures don't do it justice. Our room was comfortable and we had an outdoor space in a central courtyard full of green plants. We arrived late but were just in time to order room service which was excellent. Breakfast was delicious.

United KingdomThe car park had a lot of pillars, so it was tricky to manoever into a space.
Very pleasant hotel. We had an excellent dinner. The half board option is good value. There is a nice pool (a little cold in January) and jacuzzi on the roof. This hotel is a few minutes drive from Tenerife North Airport.

United KingdomThe hot tub on the roof could do to be around 40 degrees. It was too cold to be enjoyable. If it had been hotter we wpuld have been in it every day! Everything else was perfect.
The bar was gorgeous and cosy, the reception and lounge area was beautiful. The breakfast was great and the room was lovely and very comfortable. Great gym and pool area with fantastic views. The location was superb - after exploring the island, we were so pleased we chose to base ourselves in La Laguna, it was definitely our favourite town by far, and a superb spot from which to explore the rest of the island in our hire car. The coast line and mountains of Northern Tenerife are out of this world, and only a short drive from La Laguna, but in La Laguna you have a fantastic assortment of restaurants and cafes. We will 100% return to Tenerife, La Laguna and to this hotel specifically, we loved it!

PolandWe had room with a parking view, so the curtain had to be drawn the whole time. For one-night stand it was acceptable, but not for longer.
Overally great experience, everything in the hotel was top-notch. Very helpful stuff. Cleanliness on a very high level. Nice and spacious swimming pool with a fantastic view.

BelgiumOnly the Spanish television is available, no VOD, no satellite, no netflix, which in 2023 is quite disappointing. The bar closed too early, around 10 pm.
The executive room was splendid, with big clothes room and bathroom. The lobby and the breakfast were also quite nice. The swimming pool was great as well as the jacuzzi (but a bit cold)

United KingdomI wouldn't say that I "didn't like" it, but the hot tub on the roof wasn't warm even though we got in with others who had been there for ages.
Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, thank you all. Everything was clean from the bedrooms to the pool, breakfast was delicious, excellent location, and it was all gorgeously decorated for Christmas! I would love to come back here - we got a really good deal on the cheapest room so I'm not sure I'll be able to afford to come back, but I'll be looking out for that again for sure!

United KingdomThe window was not properly soundproofing as bits of rubber were missing despite being double glazed, so could be noisy. The breakfast was basic, not a 4 star breakfast and the same items every day. The Christmas dinner was a fail, was expecting something with entertainment for the high price, the meal was not good, especially the starter, thank God they gave us bread to compensate.
Great location, near two parking areas if you are lucky to find a spot. Nicely decorated, good size room and bed and large bathroom. Friendly staff.

United KingdomGym was not open until 9am which isn't ideal, but I think if you speak to reception they may open it early upon special request. No kettle in the room. Breakfast was nice but not a huge amount of choice (lots of sweet options, perhaps not enough savory or healthy).
Beautiful hotel, room big and nice amenities, view from the roof was fantastic and the location of the hotel was great, right in the venture of town. Easy to park (cost 12€ per night, pay at the hotel reception on departure). Pool was cold but perfect for a few lengths! Staff were incredibly helpful, they booked a restaurant for us over the phone. Fresh orange juice at breakfast was amazing!!
