When we landed the aircon wasn't on and we hadn't got a clue how it worked the front door is also very hard to work as you need the right key at the right position and it's so hard to open.The welcome pack could be a bit better perhaps milk and coffee as we landed after 12 and everything was closed .A few more rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets would also have been handy .

The views were amazing and it was so near to the shops and restaurants. The pools were brilliant for the kids and the lagoon was practically at our door step. The apartment was stunning and I could have sat out in the balcony for hours it was so nice.It had everything you could want all the mod cons and the wifi was great.

Pillows were poor, not proper pillows more like cushions. Mattress's were hard but that's our personal opinion. The area doesn't have much selection for restaurants and bars or variety for food options. There is a bus service number 44 that runs every half hour to take you down and back up the strip for €1.15 each time you get on the bus. Local taxi services non resistant who accommodate the top of the strip.

Stayed in the deluxe superior 2 bed apartertment first floor, facing the sea, views were stunning , right beside the pools and the beach. Supermarket and bakery a few minutes walk from apartment. Pools were cleaned every morning, wonderful pools. More of a local area not touristy.

Windows and balcony were quite dirty on arrival but I suppose that can’t really be helped given it’s beach front location however I did have to go onto the balcony to remove the seagull poo before allowing the kids out. We requested a child’s cot bed in the family room however we didn’t take advantage of this as it appeared to be quite dirty on the outside. We didn’t take it out of the casing so perhaps it was clean on the inside but we just opted to have the baby in bed with us instead.

Excellent apartments. We booked two different apartments. A one bed and a two bed (family) both sea views. Both apartments were well equipped with all the essentials needed for that home from home feeling which is important with kids. Our family room had a bath and washing machine which came in extremely useful. There were other additional facilities like a vacuum cleaner, and even buckets/spades for the kids which I felt was really nice touch. Location on the beach couldn’t be better the views especially at sunset were just amazing.

We went on off season so it was like the Zombie Apocolypse, very few restaurants were open and I think we were literally the only people in our building. The apartment was insane. Two floors of contemporary elegance with two very large terraces overlooking the Mar Menor, a huge living room/dining/kitchen area all with views of the sea, and a 1/2 bath and thats just the top floor. The bottom floor had three bedrooms including a master with an ensuite as well as another bath in the hall. All rooms were quite large. We were there in January and the heat worked well. And the views? Incredible, from both floors inside and out on the terraces. We paid just over $150/night, I cant imagine what the rate is in High Season. It is a 40 minute drive down La Manga without traffic to get to the property but it was great solace.

Very clear instructions on where and how to access the keys - we arrived at night and I can't deny I was a little apprehensive at the thought of accessing a lock box in the dark and at a locations I hadn't been to previously but it was all very easy and we stopped at the office, collected the key from the lock box and were on our way to the apartment within a couple of minutes.

The apartment was a little far away from anything within walking distance such as bars etc. There was one bar open but to get to anything you do need a car. Please note that this was November so it may look a lot different in season.

The apartment was spacious and warm and well set out with everything you could need. The view to the sea from the side of the balcony showed the close proximity to the sea from the apartment.
