We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was comfortable, the pool with the incredible view, the excellent location, the breakfast range and location and the staff were always welcoming. It was so helpful to loan us a beach umbrella and towels also.

United KingdomThere were a few issues. The extra charges for early check-in when the rooms are already ready seem a bit unreasonable. The shampoo and body wash that are installed in the bathrooms were heavily watered down which is disappointing for a 4 star hotel, the shower gel was pure water and foam. If you come back later than midnight there’s no way to get in if there’s no one on the front desk, my husband was stood outside for half an hour knocking on the door as no one was on the desk.
We loved our stay here. The rooms are big and well air conditioned. The staff are FANTASTIC. The rooftop pool with views of the beach are lovely bonus.

IcelandWe didn't buy breakfast but took a look at the selection one morning and didn't think it would be worth the money - there are great places nearby that offer better coffee and food for less. We had breakfast every morning at the Federal Cafe. That I recommend.
Stayed there for a few nights. What a great location and all round wonderful hotel. We got beach towels everyday from the reception and they were so helpful with everything. On our checkout day our flight was late at night and there was no problem for us to store our luggage and then get to hangout at the pool all day. We had an amazing stay and I'd stay there again.
