Amazing place. Stunning views.

Steep climb from parking lot (50 meters) and then 12 steps to terrace rooms. No lift. Taxi to centro 12-13€. Pasta at restaurant was bland.

Best view of great village and the Med. Small property. Staff very friendly. Room with terrace was small but comfy. Tacos in restaurant very good. 5 minute drive up from village is par for hill towns. I would not recommend doing it the first time in the dark, however. Definitely would stay again.

Compared to the hotel rooms and location the food offer was rather solid. For dinner there were some options, but not a lot of variety and each option was rather small. At the same time it was quite pricey (cheese plate for 18€). Given the exceptional hotel I was expecting higher prices, but not this little variety. The breakfast buffet had a bit more variety. Being a lover of coffee though I was missing good coffee (latte, cappuccino) and also a variety of eggs (scrambled etc). Do not get me wrong - everything was great and the food was ok as well. But staying at a place like this which was has a bit of a luxury vibe I was simply expecting much more from the dinner and breakfast.

The location is exceptionally beautiful and the hotel is as well. So much beauty and coziness. Absolute recommendation.

The hotel was up a side of a mountain on a road you would not find without GPS. It was scary but fascinating. The places was spotless and the food was excellent. The staff were 2nd to none as were the 2 dogs. The pool was lovely

Jaw dropping panoramas from everywhere at the Hotel. Small, quiet and intimate hotel, with very friendly and informative staff. Spoke great English and made us feel welcomed. Delicious variety of food served at buffet breakfast. Dinner and lunch also available from their restaurant on site. Walking distance to the main village. Stunning scenic walks.

It is a long walk to Frigiliana, we got a taxi.

Beautifully decorated apartments with a large balcony and stunning views. The beds were so comfortable, and the room had everything you would need. The pool and the small restaurant were beautiful. Very chilled vibes and friendly staff.

As the hotel is also a restaurant check-in was practicly non existent because we entered during lunch time. Considering the price of the hotel wed expect greater hospitality. Furthermore the room is designed impractical. There is no bathroom door, so the toilet is right next to the bed. The TV was around the corner from the bed, so you could only see that when standing in the doorway. Do note that the items in the fridge are part of a minibar and have to be paid for. This was not stated in the room.

The view and the hotel its self are beautiful. Airconditioning, bath and bed are of good quality. Breakfast was very good. Healthy and sweet options. Additional plus that the hotel is a restaurant as well.

The bar does not serve drinks between breakfast and lunch. It is a fair walk into Frigiliana (up a steep hill on the way back!). Also hotel restaurant specialises in avocado (every meal contains avocado!)

I thought the bed was a king size but it was actually two beds together. They are comfy but it would have been nice for it to be one.

Wonderful little gem of a place away in nature and the hustle of the city/town. Charming (though small) rooms with nice balconies. View is amazing. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful grounds. Great value.

The only comment is the distance from the village of Frigiliana. We didn’t have a car and walked in no problem but would have struggled to have done both ways (it’s a rough hilly track so not for everyone). However, this certainly wouldn’t put us off returning because part of its charm is how remote you feel.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Each room is designed slightly differently but all have huge beds and great bathrooms. The pool area is small but perfectly formed. But it’s the views that make this place - amazing! The host / owner was very welcoming, really friendly and gave us great recommendations for our stay.

We did come for our last night in Andalousia on a rainy day. But even with these circumstances we enjoyed all. The view to Frigiliana and the sea, the terrace and an excellent meal in the restaurant, where the service was more than friendly. Next time we will stay longer.
