Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and separated.
The location is perfect for hitting the hot spots in Sitges. The restaurant of the hotel is also amazing! The bar and checkin desk are always staffed and ready for all guests.

Very small TV, although we don't buy from mini bar, having it in the room can help in keeping the water cold. No mini bar in the room. Expensive parking @ $25 euro/night.
The location was great. We had a room with sea view, and it was very nice. Big bathroom, bathtub and shower. big closets.

It wasn't the hotels fault but some residents made a lot of noise when they came back from the clubs about 5am. It was bear week so I'm sure it's quieter at other times.
The location was perfect, the staff on the front desk were very helpful. The room we had at the back of the hotel was generally quiet. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Location is worth the stay here- right across the street to an amazing beach! Food in the lobby was great too. The rooms were basic, but we had a lot of space and a small patio. If you are looking for a beach hotel- this is a great place for families.

Not sure it was fair to have a set rate of £9 per breakfast per day, as I usually only had a pastry, some fruit and a drink. But understand why they have it in place.
The breakfast was convenient and well presented, staff always at hand to help. Tables were pre-laid so you just had to help yourself to the breakfast which was always varied.

The room was pleasant, surely not fancy. But it did not have a refrigerator, which I needed.
The location is beautiful and central to everything in Sitges. The ambiance is charming and staff courteous. I loved having their delicious breakfast every day on the veranda-- if only I could do that forever! The restaurant is very popular and quite chic with excellent service.

No phone in the room was weird, nor a fan in the bathroom - things took forever to dry after coming back from the beach . advertised as sound proof, it was not at all, we heard our neighbor in the next room BLASTING their tv. like, it was SO loud.
Location was amazing. Looking out onto the water was incredible

The rooms had all the amenities but somehow they didn't add up to comfort, No cups in the bathroom, no bidet. It's an open shower so of course water always leaks onto the bathroom floor, no matter how careful you are.
Staff was super helpful and friendly the location was unbeatable, beach and city center nearby the restaurant was great with very friendly staff

Maybe the size of the room could be slightly bigger, because this particular room has a terrace the same size as the room, but you dont really use the terrace that much so at one point is useless. It would be good if the hotel guests receive a % discount on eating in the restaurant.
The hotel has absolutely great location - just in front of the main street and main pedestrian alley with the miles long beach. Also 3min walking from the street with shops, bars & cafes, yet still very quiet place to relax and chill in it. The staff is very friendly and always helpful if you need something. Room was standard with everything you need, clean and with a very big terrace. The bonus of the hotel is the restaurant at the ground floor, so if you dont feel going somewhere else, you can fully enjoy a meal there!
