    brilliant location and comfortable rooms

No breakfast on weekdays! There were options next door and in the square but it is always nice to have breakfast in the same place you are staying

The location is brilliant, and the rooms were comfy, we had a balcony looking over the square, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the restaurant/bar area immediately outside in the square.

Very helpful staff. Comfortable room and bathroom. Location A1. However, we chose this hotel because of the appeal of the private garden at the back and found that it was closed in March. I would have preferred to have known this before I decided to book.

Very noisy with no soundproofing: this is an old building in a central location. We did not sleep well. As the building is old, there was no heating so we were very cold. The small electric heaters were completely ineffective. The beds are old and starting to fall apart.

Location was perfect: right in the central square. Friendly staff. Spacious apartment. Great views! Powerful shower.

Beautiful villa and large bedroom. Very centrally located, just minutes walk from train and tram stops. Steep stairs to bedrooms that might not suit less mobile people.

Quite steep staircases up to the 2nd floor. But clearly a lift would not be correct in the stairwell of the elegant staircase.

Very central and a building with historic interest and interiors. Excellent lunch on arrival. Room located in a quiet position at back of hotel.

Our only disappointment was the odor emitting from the bathroom drains in the studio apartment. But this seemed common with other hotels we stayed at while in Spain, including very expensive ones. Just something you need to deal with while staying in Spain I suppose.

Location was fantastic, the staff was very kind and friendly. They all made our stay more enjoyable. Liked the architecture and history of the building, the charming counter bar in the lobby. We stayed in the studio apartment, which was comfortable, lots of closet space, sunlight and had nice quiet view of mountains. Also a little balcony was a nice touch too.

Stairs are steep so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility

Small hotel in nice old building on the main square in Soller, close to the train; tram and bus stops and restaurants. Comfortable beds; breakfast was not included in the price but is served in the hotel restaurant, there's an excellent choice. The room was quiet although there was a lot of noise from the square; the windows block it effectively The rooms are air conditioned. It was our second stay and we'd happily stay again

The hotel was lovely, lots of features giving it character and charm. Our room was beautiful with a great view of the basilica and square. The room itself was soundproof too so even with the hustle and bustle outside - it was really quiet inside. Beautiful breakfast in the morning.

In terms of facilities, the addition of a swimming pool would have been amazing but we knew there wasn't one when we booked so can't grumble.

Fantastic location right on the main square. Despite it's central location, the room was very quiet. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect to escape out of the sun for a few hours.

I wasn't allocated the studio room I booked which had a terrace/balcony which I wanted specifically.. However I loved the room I did get, which cost less, and was still able to take in the views sitting next to the large window. On reflection as a single traveller it probably was wiser for me to be in main building anyway.

Fabulous traditional hotel in the heart of beautiful Soller. Lovely comfortable and sizeable room, very clean. Aircon in room was well needed in July. Staff very helpful, particularly when my purse was stolen, lending me money for taxi back to hotel. Room at back of hotel, very peaceful with lovely views of the mountains.

This is an old three star city hotel with old-school charm, exactly what we were looking for. The room was very clean and the hotel's staff were helpful at all times. We enjoyed being in Soller's main square and at the hotel!
