I didn’t like that we had 2 separate beds. Myself and my partner would have loved a double bed.

I liked that the property was neat. It looked better than the pictures online. I was weary about the color of the bedsheet I saw while making the booking but I’m glad the sheets were white in the end. I love how dedicated the house keeping team were in carrying out their duties. They ensured the rooms were clean and we had all the needed supplies

It wasn't easy for me to move around since I could not speak Spanish. Also, the metro was a little distance from the hotel.

The breakfast was nice. The Staff were friendly and attentive. They were also willing to help.

The address as printed on the booking form. It would be a good idea for the Hotel to include a street map with the names of surrounding streets so strangers could find it more easily.

Once we found the hotel(!) it was a good overnight stay. The weather was atrocious........heavy heavy rain which made travelling difficult and as our GPS system had great difficulty in accepting the hotel's address we couldn't find it at all but we stumbled across an English Language School that gave us great directions.!!. We didn't go out that evening because of the weather so couldn't comment on the neighbourhood but on leaving the next morning it appeared to be a bit industrial.

Breakfast poor, expensive. First meal in restaurant very good, second time awful 😖 and expensive a nd we had the same as we had on our first night. Disappointed.

When I arrived at the hotel was informed that the cafeteria/restaurant was temporarily closed. One reason that I booked this hotel was that there was a restaurant on site and I wouldn't need to go afar to find somewhere to eat. Would have appreciated being informed at the time of booking .

I wish the room had a kettle with tea/coffee facilities.

The hotel was very clean and had all the necessary equipment. The bed is very comfortable and the toilet and shower were clean and functioning well. Although it is at the corner of some major roads, the room was very quiet. There is a very small TV in the room. The location was great for me but is not near any major touristic locations.

Not a problem, but on Sundays the restaurant is closed; there's a garage next door with a shop where you can get some ham, salad cheese etc.

This hotel is a good break the journey location between Murcia and Bilbao

Couldn't pay with AMEX, it was very problematic to get 1 hour later check out. The floor on the hallway had it's best time. I asked for 1 double bed, I got 2 single beds

Way too much noise from the outside road. No kettle or coffee machine. No proper blinds and the curtains were broken so light went in. It was also too hot in the room, not able to regulate the aircon properly (only the heating function worked).

Basic room, the bed was big and comfortable. Good connection to the very close mortorway.

Location next to the Hightway M50, really noisy. Coffee at breakfast was just horrible, undrinkable, had to get a real coffee at the Bar.. Orange Juice was water with orange colorant. For the rest normal, but too expensive for 11€. Sunday the Bar and Restaurant are closed, what a service for a Hotel. Had to order by phone, as rain was pooring down. The reception told me that the closing on Sunday was stated at the web, we checked and it was not stated in Booking.com. Filled an official complaint sheet with the Comunidad de Madrid at the Hotel. Hotel has a sign saying"Hotel SPA La Princesa", have no clue what SPA, maybe it was the water that came down from the ceyling on Sunday. Another sign see photo saying "First Class" amazing really. The floor to the rooms was dirty and lifted from the floor.

Location is perfect in order to visit some places near by like the X-madrid a shopping centre which is huge and has so many shops and cinema etc... The hotel is located near by the motorway so it helps if you want to travel to the city or anywhere also used uber which was very worth it in order to move around mostoles and travel to center of madrid

you promote this hotel as spa but the facilities are not available this hotel is gorgeous but needs huge investment to bring it somewhere where it was before as its old....
