Great little hotel. Simple and a nice refuge after a day of seeing Granada. Great area for local bars and restaurants. No frills breakfast in nice cafe frequented by locals.

    Nothing comes to mind.

Friendly staff. Clean, bright room, great location, and very good value for Granada. It's not in the old city, but near enough if that's your destination. Highly recommend!

Extremely thin walls - could hear the neighbours talk (amongst other things) and even the shower running quite loudly which woke me up during the night. The room was very small too.

    Excellent location and very clean.

    Standard room quite small.

Beautiful decor. Simple check in. Great location near él corte inglés and the fabulous gardens with palm and orange trees. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and cold drinks available in a vending machine. Really helpful receptionist who explained routes to places of interest and suggested places to eat. Wonderful city full of history where even the pavements are beautiful.

The communcation is not easy. It s not possible to use the message function of Booking App so that it is difficult to contact the hotel directly. In the hotel description, the checking time is given as until 23.30 o'clock. However, the checking time is only until 17:00!

The location is very good and close to the center. The room is quiet.

Spacious and clean room, There are many option for Cafe and restaurant nearby, There are car park options nearby, It's in city Centre (but a bit away historical Centre)

The bathroom and room didn’t have great ventilation so it felt damp much of the time. There is a window to help air things out. The economy room so relatively small. But isn’t a problem if you just need a place to rest your head.

The location was perfect. In the center of town. The decor is similar the Alhambra. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Had not been informed that breakfast was off site at the time of booking, and was provided by a cafe not far from main hotel. The cafe was lovely but unfortunately gluten free options were not available and we had to purchase breakfast items elsewhere

Lovely property inside - very comfortable room and great location/view. Staff were very helpful in looking after luggage the following day for us. Super value for money in our opinion and close to the old centre/Alhambra which were both walking distance away 😃

The description when we booked the room stated that it had a balcony, patio as well as a mountain and city view. It also stated quiet street, so we actually selected to pay slightly more for all of this as we thought it would be nice to have a bit more space and a view. Also we know Granada very well and we know the main roads can be busy, especially in the morning. So we thought quiet street would be great first thing. The room we were allocated did not meet this description and we did question this with reception, but we were told it was correct. There was no balcony or patio as I would expect, the double doors opened, but you couldn't stand out on a balcony. It was also not on a quiet street as the window face a busy road. The description is misleading and I feel that the hotel has let itself down by not describing it accurately. It is a nice hotel but we wouldn't stay again due to the room info being inaccurate. Just be careful what you are paying for as it might not be what you expect. A shame, as it is a nice place, just should be a bit clearer on the room details.

Good location, clean room and staff were very friendly. The hotel had a good appearance and they provided tea, coffee and water in the room, which was nice. The shower gel and shampoo being Rituals was a lovely touch. The bed was comfy. Couldn't really fault the room at all. Read the didn't like, to understand the lower score.
