Breakfast needs a lot of improvement: not fresh juice, not fresh pastries - only processed baked cakes. No fruit. Only sandwich bread to make toasts. Some fresh bread would have been great. You can hear your neighbours.

Very cosy hotel. My room was small but big enough for just one person to spend one night. Right temperature at night. Comfy bed.

The mattress was too soft and clearly in need of replacement. We both slept poorly and woke up sore. The temperature is controlled externally, so we were cold during the day and too hot at night. The room is tiny and it is difficult to move around in the space. Our shower leaked and flooded the bathroom, and the solution provided was to put a rolled up towel next to the shower to absorb the water. The breakfast was ok but there was nothing fresh provided.

Friendly staff, easy check-in. Nice location by the beach and a short walk from several restaurants.

The metal bed frame had metal flowers coming out of it. Made it extremely hard to sit up without it hurting your back or head.

Was only a 20-30 minute walk to most of the attractions. Room was very clean.

Staff was a little unfriendly at breakfast. Very noisy hotel, you can hear the reception and people from other rooms in the evening.

The room was very small and the double bed even smaller and quite uncomfortable. At our arrival were not towels in the room and after our request the receptionist provide something like towels (there were more like rags rather than towels). We assume that because the cleaning staff were off those towels (rags) will be changed the following day. It didn’t happen. It is a shame that a hotel that call itself boutique does not reach the proper standard expected for that name and the staff is not up to the standards either.

The location is great for the beach (Sardinero). The hotel has charme as an old house.

Fiesta was very close, beach also. Parking wasn't too bad in August. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of foods. Friendly staff, beautiful artwork and kept clean. Overall a good place to stay, would definitely return

No vegetables for breakfast. The room was a bit too small (but I still did yoga in it).

Location was superb, literally 2 min to the beautiful beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots on offer: beach towels, toiletries, iron and board, tea, coffee, bath robe, safe. Good buffet breakfast. Pretty terrace outside and front garden. Quirkiness. Cleanness. High ceiling. Close to good restaurants.

My room was small and the loo in the bathroom very cramped for room. Average breakfast.

Old world charm.. Close to bus routes into City Centre. Near the fantastic beach. Quiet. Easy walk to the football stadium.

The room was really only a single with a small double against the wall with a window on it. There was insufficient room round the bed for people to pass each other.

Availability of breakfast was good. Location was good once we worked out how to catch a bus.

The tiny bed was rockhard and very squeaky. The bathroom needed a deep clean. The room had far too much furniture for such a tiny space. The photos on the website must be taken with a wide angle lens. You needed to do a 12 point turn to get in and out of the bathroom. Very airless room , so needed the windows open which created a security issue with the windows opening onto a courtyard. No sound proofing as every toilet visit and movement by neighbours was audible. One night was more than enough. No shared lounge area for additional space

Friendly staff and close location to the beach...looked quaint. Great to have a kettle to make a drink. Hairdryer and iron/ board available . Presented beautifully.

We did not use the breakfast facilities. The member of staff on reception was excellent at both check in and out. Very helpful and informative.
