Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomWe liked everything about the hotel except the pool experience. The hotel was pretty full and I'm sure that there were enough sunbeds for everyone but they were 1cm apart! All the usual nonsense went on with people putting towels out early in the morning to grab a space. It just felt like everyone was on top of you. The sunbeds were sooooo close together you couldn't even move them as the sun moved. Also the chairs by the outside bar were cheap and very very noisey and again packed in so there were enough for everyone.
The food was superb, and everything was clean and well kept

United KingdomIt is a little dated in places and can be busy around the pool however it was all managed so well, it really was not an issue at all.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the all inclusive package plentiful.

United KingdomThe pool area was completely full of sunloungers with towels reserving them, so rarely anywhere to sit around the pool. We all left and went to the beach each day.

United KingdomThe hotel communal areas were too warm, you would expect to feel the air conditioning in the bar areas and reception, lots of side doors were pinned open with chairs to let a breeze in. Extremely busy pool areas and most beds taken between 6am and 9am but not all used until later in the morning.
Nice pool view room with a fridge., staff very friendly and a great location.

GermanyWe were only able to choose twin room with pool view, so that we could have a baby bed as well. That was a disadvantage, because the stage where the concerts/shows were happening every night, was located near the pool, so until 11pm one could hear loud and clear all the music.
Hotel is very welcoming, the staff are super friendly and helpful, they put a lot of effort into making everyone feel good, have fun, they have a very nice entertainment team. Also, we had the best waiter serving us at the restaurant, thank you Malinine! We were 2 couples with kids, he was always preparing our table in advance, with child seats and cutlery, very friendly and careful with us. The food was delicious, a wide variety of dishes, with a different thematic every evening. The room was spacious and comfortable.

United KingdomCons: it’s hard to come up with anything, but if being picky, a better children’s pool area with a slide or something similar
Fantastic value. The hotel is four stars but has exceeded expectations. I would give 4.5 stars as the entertainment and staff, mainly, are brilliant. From the maids to the animation team (Miguel, Sol and Brian and Natallia, to name a few, always smiling), everyone took the time to fuss about our little one. One night's entertainment with Grease and Mama Mia was a better experience than the Westend. Last but not least, the photographer Simon was exceptional. We feel like we made a friend as he was so personable. Honestly, the best holiday experience we’ve had as a family. Pros: all you can eat selection is better than most all-inclusive, the friendly staff and great entertainment. Cons: it’s hard to come up with anything, but if being picky, a better children’s pool area with a slide or something similar. We’ll be back! PS. A bottle of Prosecco (which is listed on Waitrose website for £12) was gifted with a bottle opener on our first day, a lovely touch.

Irelandfor anyone that isn’t confident in the pool the pools were a bit deep all at 1.5m depth except for small area on one of the adult pools. there was also a small kids pool and that would be my only concern - other than that there was nothing that could be improved on.

IrelandThe only downfall was the lifts were very slow. But we just used the stairs.
We are a couple in our 30's who had done an all inclusive holiday before and didn't love it. Iberostar Las Dalias has completely changed our minds. It was a fantastic holiday and we will definitely be returning. It's a fully all inclusive hotel with breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack bar throughout the day that has lunch style food. Alcohol can be got from early hours of morning up to 12:30am. Unless you want high top shelf alcohol that will be the only extra cost. They still served branded alcohol like Gordons Gin and Bacardi in the all inclusive package, along with cocktails. They are also self service stations for tea, coffee, water, minerals and beer. The food was lovely, with different theme nights. I'm a vegetarian and had plenty of options and there is a vegetarian section at dinner. My husband eats meat and was impressed also. The adults only area has a lovely big jacuzzi. The entertainment was exceptional, especially the Mamma Mia and The Greatest Show nights that are performed by the hotels entertainers. The acrobatic and magician nights are a must to. Music in lobby bar also. Inflatable and water mat games held in the pool. All round the staff and entertainers were exceptional. Juanjo at the bar done the best cocktails in my opinion. If you have children the staff and entertainers are superb with them and loads of activities are held for them. Don't hesitate in booking here. 900m walk to Siam Park and 1km to Siam Mall. Very close to beach and Las Americas as well.

IcelandFor some reason the keycards are very sensitive to cell phones and stop working if they are in close proximity to a phone and I had to go several times to the lobby to get this sorted, it can be a bit difficult to keep these things apart at all times. The noise insulation between rooms could be improved a lot, we were a bit unfortunate to have very loud and inconsiderate next door neighbors, noise from the hallway was also very noticable. Other guests is of course something the hotel can do little about but better insulation would go a long way, still this is nothing a pair of earplugs didn´t fix when it came time to go to bed.
The food was extremely good and lots of choices at dinner. The animation team was very active. The staff were all very respectful and nice to talk to when needed We had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel for lots of reasons, especially for those who like to have lots of activities.
