Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel is dated
The hotel itself was located close to the motorways for access to Bilbao from Algarve. Large hotel with good facilities however the hotel is in need of refurbishing as it is looking dated. This was a dog friendly hotel and the gardens were great for exercising them. We booked half board (dinner and breakfast) which was great value. The food was ok with a choice of three starters, main and deserts. We would stay again on our regular travels between north Spain and Algarve.

Hotel is dated and could do with a face lift. Pool area is not part of the hotel. It is part of a leisure centre next door. It’s free to use but we thought the staff there was rude and really did not want hotel staff using the facility. Also the food there is terrible and expensive. We had to send a chicken burger back as it was raw
Comfortable large hotel rooms. Decent breakfast. Good for pets. Good parking. Close to the motorway network. Friendly staff. Decent cafe serving reasonably priced food

More staff are needed in the breakfast room! We had to wait for tables to be cleaned, and the room needs a fly trap. The breakfast itself was OK, but not brilliant. To use the pool, you have to get tickets (free of charge) from reception, and beach towels also have to be collected there. If you want a sun shade, you have to pay extra. More electrical sockets are needed in the bedrooms (we could only find one that was free).
Room was nice, staff were helpful.

Better coffee at breakfast
Very good location, close to the mother way and easy to find. A great stop when traveling to Santander. The breakfast was a fine, a typical Spanish buffet breakfast. A very good size room.

Nothing to mention really.
What a nice surprise! Just off the motorway, an oasis of extensive grounds (with free access of the pool for guests, playgrounds for kids, tennis courts..) it is perfect for families and our dog loved running around the massive carparks. There is a cafeteria where owners and their dogs can sit, drink, and eat either cafeteria or the associated restaurant food. Our room had no view but was blissfully quiet, with AC and good bedding. Staff was efficient and courteous. Early check in and late check out really practical

The hotel could probably do with s little up dating but perfectly adequate for our stay.
Lasa Sport is really good value for.money.. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

Great value for money, friendly staff, good quality food at incredible price. Menu del noche, bottle of wine, bottle of water for 2 people €32. Room comfortable, air conditioning worked well, decent size towels! Not the normal face flannel ones you normally find in hotels. Room quiet, bed huge.

Good location, outside of city. Too cold and wet for any of the hotels leisure facilities. Nice bar, great value restaurant with quality food. Staff were great.

Tha staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you really good for the dog the room was comfortable enough the shower in the bathroom was not great needs a new shower head desperately. the hotel is really nice but is a little tired in places overall could not fault it for a dog friendly hotel
