The breakfast is not worth it, the selection is very small and the food is quite old (the ham was stinky and the sausages looked very old and reheated) - No toilet brush - Could work more on cleaning - Weird smelling shower gel

There was an issue with our room, but Sara handled the problem professionally and helped us with a room that met the standards - The room was very warm, you could control the temperature by yourself - Great water pressure and hot water - The 6th floor is a small rooftop where you can enjoy some drinks with your mates - Very good location, 5 minutes away from the metro station and 1 minute away from a big supermarket - Friendly staff

Everything was OK

The hotel fully met our needs. Given that hygiene is important to us, we were surprised by the cleanliness and comfort. The employees at the reception are especially kind and nice and available to help guests at any time. Greetings to Nadia!

No daily room cleaning service, you have to wash the kitchen utensils on your own. One room attached and one common bathroom for 3 bedroom Apt. not suitable for 6 pax or more. The management take 300 Euro refundable deposit in advance. Nothing much to dislike.

Overall very good stay, staff was cooperative and helpful. Hotel Location is near to bus, metro station and supermarket. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurants are nearby.

There's only 2 points that mark the room down. Firstly, the noise. There's a few other reviews mentioning how the walls were paper thin and they're not wrong. In the evening you could hear people wandering around and talking and the elevators going up and down, and in the morning it was the cleaners making a lot of noise. It's not the end of the world but a bit annoying, maybe some signs or something need to go up to remind people to be aware of their noise levels? Secondly are the towels, they're tiny. As someone who is slightly larger it's so disheartening to not be able to wrap myself in a towel. Even my slim husband just about fit them round himself. Fortunately there were 2 towels so I could make-shift a larger one, but please invest in bigger towels.

The staff were super helpful, the location was perfect, close to the metro and buses and some lovely areas to walk around locally and restaurants (café angel was our fave) and the rooms were lovely! Very clean, plenty of space, comfy beds, we loved it!

Booked this as it was very close to my conference venue. Basic, but big rooms and clean. Superb staff, but Internet is almost non-existent, at least it was in the room I stayed for a couple of nights; I used my own data throughout my stay for even sending an email, let alone make calls or stream. More like a nice B&B, big bathrooms, rather horrible view to a backyard, strange mattress, functional for a very short stay.

We were helped very well by the women at the reception several times. They had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat and were just very friendly overall. The rooms were comfortable, the AC was especially nice with the warm weather. The breakfast was nice enough. The location was very nice, close to the metro station and therefore easy to get to the city centre. We would definitely book again

During the check-in we had to accept an agreement to clean the dishes and take our garbage out to the trash cans before leaving the room which it was something we didn't expect as it is not a common practice and it wasn't in the hotel's policy that is published in the Booking.com page. Additionally the bathrooms were lacking some minor equipment like e.g. something to hang the toilet paper, our towels etc. There wasn't a toilet brush or a garbage bin in the toilet either.

Hotel is cool.

Hotel is fantastic. Staff is great. Breakfast is very good. Room was neat and quiet. If you are used to use the Metro and are not expecting a fancy neighbourhood with waking distance attractions, the place is what you need.

Rooms are tight but was expecting that as we had read the reviews of the people who stayed there before us, so wasn't a big deal.

The staff are super professional and helpful.. Thanks to Marc he made our stay easy and very helpful with directions..the hotel very close to the metro station and took only 15 mins by metro to be at Catalunya sequare.
