We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaDinner and lunch menu did not really change over the four days and three nights we were there and there were not a lot of other options in this very small but quaint village. Our room was above the restaurant so you could often hear noises from below. No ATM anywhere (we had an issue with the train taking our credit card so we were short of cash)
Room was spacious and comfortable, loved the balcony overlooking the Mts. Staff was very friendly and tried hard to be helpful

United States of AmericaIt is necessary to ascend at least two floors (and potentially) three by stairs in order to get to your rooms. This is a hotel in the mountains, so fair enough, but people with disabilities or difficulty carrying suitcases up stairs should probably look elsewhere.
Got a room with a terrace. It was wonderful. Also, it was very handy to have the restaurant downstairs. And the free parking in front of the hotel was also a plus.
