I think the bed sheets and towels should be included within the price of the room. As in most hotels, coffee at breakfast was not as good as I expected.

The super comfy chaise-longue sofa, and the whole apartment in general. Breakfast was also great, with a great variety and good quality products.

The €100 deposit (which you can get back) is not clearly advertised before booking. I did know about the sheets and towels supplement plus city tax extra charges but if they were all made a little more clear up front then I think it would make a better experience (and help out the staff who I also witnessed having to explain extra charges to customers who weren't too impressed) I am a light sleeper - and my room was adjacent to 2 quite busy roads. Bring ear plugs if you are light sleeper.

The mattress was a bit hard, the water leaked a little from the shower tray onto the bathroom floor and there had been a spillage from previous guests on the floor in the lounge which hadn't been mopped up so cleanliness could have been better.

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave lots of recommendations about good places to eat. The apartment was nicely decorated, bright and had a nice terrace. The TV had Netflix and YouTube.

There was a really bad sewer smell from the bathroom for the duration of our stay. I did let staff know of this but wasn't rectified during our stay unfortunately. Pool was a little on the cold side.

Loved the apartment. Great size and well kitted out. The pool area was really nice. Location is excellent and so close to everything you could need. Staff were very nice and helpful.

It is not overly clear that they don’t provide towels or sheets unless you pay an extra fee. We paid and the sheets were very thin and plastic feeling and the towels were small. If you have to pay extra for these things they should at least be worth the price.

You have to pay for towels and sheets separately, this is not included in the hotel price. The room wasn't cleaned in the two weeks of us living there.

The location is prime: the beach is a 5 min walk from the hotel, the supermarket in 3 mins. Every room has its own internet connection. The territory of the hotel is cozy and comfortable
