The street is a little noisy until late in the night.

The apartment is modern, large, very nicely decorated, and has all needed facilities. It is located relatively close to the monumental area of Sevilla.

Unfortunately you cannot have a good full night sleep. Noise comes from the other apartments, corridor and from the street. Also people tend to smoke in the corridor so the smell comes into the apartment.

Good location to visit Seville, close many lively good bars and restaurants, 5 mins walk. Hop on hop off bus 19 mins walk. In the apartment had everything you need. Beds comfortable with crispy linen. Helpful and attentive staff. Special thanks to the handyman who sorted out the heating in no time.

Paper thin walls and loud neighbours, specifically in apartment #4. Constant noise all through the night, doorbell ringing at 4.45am. Due to this, will not book this apartment again.

Personally I didn’t realise that you didn’t see daylight from ground floor , which was a little disconcerting as you couldn’t gauge the time of day . Obviously design is to help keep cool and it does the job as does the air con . Would have liked a second key and separate key for electricity ( again understood tht air con is not left on unnecessarily) .

The safe never worked and no instructions how to open it, the cleaner said I'd get a phone call to fix, but never did. The Television wouldn't work until I fiddled with the batteries, and last 2 days no signal, which I presume was down to the weather. The bed had a very hard mattress, which is not my preference. It would have been nice to have some milk and water left in the Fridge

We very much enjoyed the apartment, but the only thing was the WiFi was not always consistent in all the rooms.

Parking won't be easy. If you are lucky enough (we were), you can get a parking spot on Sta Clara street right next to the apartment for the whole time (it's not paid).

Clear information provided by the Host. Keys easy to find and access. Detailed map received with clear instructions and flat description. The host provided all the information by WhatsApp. Good AC throughout the flat. Nice location (10m walk from Isla Magica and 40m walk from city center). Several restaurants and shops nearby.

It is a dark apartment, no doubt about it. It is like a basement. The stairs are super noisy.

The sofa was terrible. Not able to sit in it. Much noice from outdoors. It took a week to get used to them (emptying of garbage cans at 1 am... etc) No bigger food stores nearby. The apartment was not very cosy. Very steep steps up to the apartment.

Location was great. Tens of Tapas Bars oly a few minutes away. Many sights in walking distance. Very nice personnel, cleaning once a week. On arrival we noticed that the toaster and the shower did not work well. Both were repaired soon. Nice with a roof terrace.

The roof terrace was in a separate building so to get to it I had to go out of my building and walk round the corner to another building. Then it involved walking up several flights of stairs and unlocking the door to the terrace. This was very inconvenient so I didn't use the roof terrace at all and it was one of the main reasons that I booked this particular apartment. I have read, and reread, the listing and I can see no reference to that fact that there are two buildings although I do now see it mentioned in some other reviews. It should be made clear in the listing that this is the case.

Excellent price, great location, quiet area. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and well equipped. It was quiet and no street noise at all because I was in an internal courtyard. The WiFi was excellent.

Be aware you need to pay cash to concierge on arrival and local ATM's have high charges. I thought from advert that access to outside terrace was from apartment, but it it was from outside of apartment, this did not affect our experience. Map in apartment would have an asset.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, safe well equipped apartment with many local bars and restaurants within 2 min walk. There is approx 15 min walk into main tourist area, which is amazing. I text concierge slightly early, but they came straight away.
