This is me being fussy but there were no plugs beside the bed to charge phones at night and we had to charge them in the bathroom. The floor was also slightly ruined as the laminate wood floor was pulled up in places.

The hotel was in a great location and very clean and bed was huge and super comfy. Lots of space and free wifi. Newly refurbished.

The day after I made the reservation, I noticed a €50 difference. Even though it hadn't been 24 hours since I made the reservation, I called the hotel to cancel the booking without cancellation fee so that I can rebook or asked if they could assist with the price. They couldn't assist and stated it was "revenue" for them, showing a completely indifferent attitude towards customer satisfaction. There was constant shaking and noise from the metro passing under or near the hotel. The walls of the room were so thin that we could hear noises from other rooms. The reception staff were not very friendly or so helpful. There were instances where we didn't even get a response when we said good morning or good night. When we first entered the room, there were no slippers, and when I requested them, it was stated that slippers were not provided. I reacted to this. The next morning, it was said that slippers could be provided, and they were sent to the room. Since slippers could be supplied, we couldn't understand why they weren't provided initially, and we couldn't understand why they were sent after I complained, but we still expressed our gratitude for their efforts.

The location of the hotel is great. There are 2 central metro stations nearby (Catalunya and Universitat). The famous La Rambla street is within a 4-5 minute walking distance. The breakfast is varied and delicious; we tried it for one day and liked it so much that we purchased extra for the other 3 days of our stay. Although our room wasn't very large, the useable space was sufficient, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Towels were changed almost every day, and despite requesting room cleaning daily, it was still provided. They also delivered the room without making us wait, even though we arrived before the check-in time, which is not something we often encounter in many hotels. For this, we're especially thankful.

The noise air conditioner and there are few sockets in the room. If you go to the rooftop with a slice of jon cake for example you can't eat and apreciate the view. The staff say that is not alowed to eat food out the hotel. I think would have a exception depends of kind of food. It is most strict. But I recommend the hotel. The small problems doesn't ruin the stay. It is only small things that they need to have more attention.

The location is excellent and staff are kind. The commum area of the Hotel is totally new and style.

Great location close to all places I would like to saw. Really good breakfast with lot options and great coffee Nespresso machine. overall good place to stay when you would like to be in city center. Comfortable beds and big bathroom.

It was so hot in our room and we were not able or allowed to adjust it to make us comfortable. It was all regulated by the hotel and or staff. We asked several times and informed them several times we were so hot and basically we just had to live with it.also the room was way too small with our luggage. We literally had absolutely nowhere to move and we were all on top of one another. There was no fan in the shower so anytime anyone showered the whole room, turned into a sauna.

Could have been a tad better with a iron in the room, the bathroom/toilet room were very strange in the room made of glass and the door had a gap around it. Much better to have a more private bathroom so you can’t see each others shapes etc. they are only allowed to leave 2 coffees in the room per day, so only had 1 each. We had a room next to lift / stairs and found it quite noisy at times with people coming to and from their rooms.

The hotel was in a great position to la ramblas, metro & buses. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The shower was powerful and nice and hot.

Paper cups, no glasses in room & no mini bar. The main issue was the soundproofing between rooms as we could hear next doors conversation at 1.30am in the morning which woke me up & I struggled to get back to sleep. They weren’t even speaking loudly, That was a real bad issue for me. Apart from that it was a lovely place with exceptional staff which I can praise enough
