Food quality and choice of alcohol and drinks could ahve been better. Several cockrouches were spoted inside the room and in breakfast restaurand outside areas.

Excellent location close to public transport and harbour. Also, very close to the city center and all the bars, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Some of restaurant staff were stressed, rude and impolite. Location is quite far from the beach, no shuttle (you can take the public bus). The massage & the spa was very basic, would not recommend. Wifi was very bad, barely working.

Paying a 4 euro supplement for a pina colada never had that before in a hotel.

The location is fantastic just a walk away from beach, bars, restaurants and shops. We had a room over looking the pool. Room was nice and spacious. Nice music played by the pool during the day and lots of activities going on. Staff really friendly.

The food, we were half board and the choice of evening meal was poor. Breakfast was good but evening meal and lunch needs improvement. Was cold and not enough choice, felt we were eating the same daily and in the end we chosen to eat out instead.

The food was a little disappointing on an AL . Breakfast & Lunch was good, evening meals disappointing, not a lot of choice, very repetitive. Great if you wanted pizzas & salads. Evening entertainment is not good. The bar man worked most nights on his own rushed of his feet. Ques for drinks. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the strip . We ate out a couple of nights. It's very cheap to eat out. I would definitely return to the hotel for the staff rooms location only on BB base.

Every member of the staff was amazing, so helpful. Room spacious cleaned every day. Loved the quiet area to sunbathe.

The dinner is very low standard definitely not four star more like two. Breakfast was fine.

Everything was great, rooms are very big , clean and comfortable. The only criticism is the food could have been better. The food unfortunately is nowhere near a four star. If I was to come again I would book bed and breakfast.

Food was awful it was the same everyday lunch and dinner . I read reviews from previous people's stays and assumed it would have improved by the time I stayed but it was terrible. As long as you don't want to eat there you won't be disappointed

Nice spacious rooms, all have a balcony or outdoor seating area although not necessarily a “view”. Plenty of choices at meal times. Walkable distance to explore everything, shops, port, dunes, etc. Near the bus stop to get the (first) bus to the airport. Plenty of trips on offer from the hotel. Overall a pleasant experience.
