We have just returned home from our 6 night stay in this wonderful hotel. It was our first time staying and didn’t know what to expect. But we had a lovely relaxing holiday. There was a great selection of food at breakfast no matter what time you went for it. The staff are so helpful and friendly, from giving directions to serving your food and drinks. There was a happy hour from 6 to 7 where you got 2 drinks for the price of 1. There is also a bar menu with lots of snacks on it. We stayed in room 107 on the first floor. It had a lovely view and was exceptionally clean. We asked Paul at reception for a late checkout and even though the hotel was fully booked he accommodated us. We can’t wait to visit this hotel again hopefully in September. Thank you for looking after us.

Walls were thin allowing the noise to carry from next door. If the weather had been good it would not have been ideal for the pool as it’s next to a busy main road.

Fountain in the courtyard was never turned off. Would have preferred it quite during night hours. Walls of rooms were very thin.

Set back from the busy sea front but easily accessible. Rooms at the back were quiet with pleasant courtyard view. Close to supermarket. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast available and snacks.

We have stayed here several times and love coming back. It's a lovely traditional Spanish hotel. It is a 6 minute walk to the sea front and 16 minute walk from Montemar Alto train station. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel at a good price. Clean, quiet, very good breakfast. Good location, 15 minutes to the train station, close to an Aldi store, and a few minutes to the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff, overall pleasant atmosphere. Special greetings and thanks to a wonderful, super friendly woman from reception - Elena (I hope I wrote the name correctly). I would highly recommend.

Not a thing, absolutely no problems with this hotel

This hotel is a hidden gem, I can not rate it highly enough, from the reception staff to the bar staff to the army of cleaning staff, they could not do enough for you, everyone was so helpful and friendly, on a scale of one to ten, Arcos is a definite eleven!!

This place was great value and very handy when arriving late with the 24 hour reception and friendly staff at that! The outdoor areas are nice and the breakfast was good too. Was able to find parking on the street right outside, which was especially convenient.

Nothing we didn’t like, however, we just felt the room and bathroom could have done with some hooks for coats etc. Maybe a bin in the main room as well as the bathroom bin got full very quickly. A kettle would be great too but none of these things would stop us from returning to the Arcos De Montemar!

Beautiful Spanish decor, very helpful and friendly staff, extremely clean, perfect location and brilliant value for money. Also excellent breakfast!

We are quite elderly, and the walk down to the front is not short. Unless you eat at the hotel (they have a limited but reasonable menu, served all day and evening) you have to make your way down to the beach area. OK on a fine day, but not so much if it rains, as it did on one of our days, and all day! Only one other comment on what could be improved - the internet was very slow indeed. In 2024 it ought to be better.

This hotel is very welcoming and the staff are exceptionally helpful (Raquel in particular on reception). The breakfasts are very good with plenty of choice to suit all tastes - not English bacon, though! Bedroom at the rear was very quiet and the bed very comfortable, couldn't ask for more.

Everything hotel small and definitely friendly i had a lovely stay. Close to beach and prom 10 min walk. Bar staff where excellent breakfast plenty to choose from. Menu was great plenty to choice from the chicken fillets where amazing . Will definitely go back .

Nothing negative about this hotel, we loved it!

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was super! We will definitely stay again!
