It’s in a very busy neighborhood that enjoys socializing until way past my bedtime. It was a bit noisy. But, it was “fun” noise so perfectly acceptable.

The breakfast was a great value and the service was spectacular. The staff was amazing!

Only decaf coffee pouches in the rooms. when i asked for regular coffee pouches, they answered that the hotel only carries decaf. How strange … Shower pressure wasn’t great .

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel room was big and the bathroom very big. The location was fantastic: very central but in a side street. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided.

We could not get the heating down in the room and could not close the window in the bathroom. As we were only staying for one night we didn’t ask for help, but I am sure they would have helped if they were asked. I would not recommend the breakfast. The staff was amazing but the selection was not enough for that price…

I have travelled a lot and met many service minded staff but these staff were just amazing! Super friendly and helpfull with any questions and nothing was too big or small. Clean and big rooms, perfect location with restaurants and metro close by.

It was some little mauld spots in the bathroom and we really missed the slippers.

The place is perfect, the room spacious, light and warm. Nice view, wery good breakfast.

It was mid Nov and above 10C, but there is no ventilation already except heating 😨 with that location if I open the windows it will be too noisy to sleep. So I was sweating all night.

Increase the number of charging outlets in the room to cater to the growing reliance on electronic devices. Consider replacing the combination bath/shower with a walk-in shower for a more modern and accessible bathing experience. Remove the bidet from the bathroom, as its usage may not align with the preferences of all guests. Enhance the availability and presentation of soap/shower gel, ensuring that guests have convenient access to essential toiletries. Despite these minor suggestions for me, I would recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff's hospitality and the hotel's overall ambiance make it a pleasant place to unwind and explore the surrounding area.

The beds were very basic.

The hotel location is excellent, it is close to all the main attractions of Madrid, a 15 min to 20 min walk to Park Retiro, Prado Museum and the Royal Palace. There are very good and reasonably priced cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were very clean and well appointed.
