Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesOne just has to realize that there will probably be noise around you whether it’s snoring or people getting in or out of bed because you control the heavy curtains going up and down through an electrical switch, so it makes a lot of noise. If you are a light sleeper, you must have ear plugs. This is great for a quick one night stay.
This is great when you just need to get a few hours of shut eye before your flight. The staff was awesome!

United KingdomAs you'd expect not the most sound-proofed of venues so if you're a light sleeper, take ear plugs.
Wonderful location, mere minutes walking distance to the main train station in Málaga. Very modern set-up. Pods were large and each one had air conditioning, changeable mood lighting and plenty of power sockets. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Decent amount of storage provided with each pod. Fair priced, perhaps a little expensive for a hostel although the pod I stayed in was more like a separate room and was massive.

SwedenInteresting concept for sleeping ”alone” among other people. I was there with my son who wanted to test the ”concept” and I was positively surprised. Especially, I was impressed by the 24/7 available entrance desk who were able to help us with various things. It is really close to train station and also walking distance from nice beaches and the city center. We slept well!

Latviasince the only way to get personal space was to roll the big curtain down, you could still hear some of the other people who stayed there and they could hear you. for example when I stayed here I had a slight trouble falling asleep since there were people talking loudly in the dining room even when the quiet period was in place. even as an athletic person it was not easy to get in the upper bunk, I would imagine some people would also have trouble.
the individual space was very nice and the place was very easy to find and navigate since it is very close to the train station. the train station also provides many shops and places to eat. also the bus station is very close nearby and overall a great place to stay in short term. the staff was amazing, very nice and helpful in any way needed. everything was easy to understand and use. overall a nice and quiet experience. would definitely recommend. also the room or pod in this case was small so I would recommend this place for people who travel lightly.

Czech RepublicThe shutter in my cell wasn't working well.
It's a very handy place for visitors who just need a place to stay overnight. It is a few minutes from Málaga María Zambrano train station, from where it is possible to get to the Costa del Sol Málaga airport in 9 minutes by cercanías train (C1 line dir. Fuengirola).

United KingdomThe general area isn’t as nice as some parts of Malaga but it wasn’t the worst either and it was close to the airport (15 minutes in a taxi)
I was only there for one night and it was perfect. The pods were closed off, cosy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and it was good value for money.

United KingdomNot so much a dislike, more an observation. My pod was on the upper level. It is very high up and was challenging to get my large backpack up and down whilst hanging onto the ladder. Thankfully, i am pretty agile. If you were elderly, had a physical disability or were afraid of heights/ not very agile, this particular pod probably wouldn't be for you. I would recommend reserving a lower pod.
Reserved the bed last minute. I arrived around midnight and left first thing in the morning so didn't spend much time here. The hostel was around a 10 minute walk from the train station, which was handy after arriving on the last train from the airport. The hostel also has a 24 hour reception. The guy on the réception was super calm and welcoming. The communal area was bright and clean with tables and chairs, sofas and a TV. There was a small kitchenette and also a fridge with some different foods and drinks that you could purchase. From what I recall this included things such as instant ramen and pizzas that you could cook, along with packet croissant/waffles and other snacks. The pod included everything you would need, inc a smart tv (bluetooth connectivity and a jack for headphones) and a full length mirror. The bed was comfortable and there were places to hang your clothes and store your bags. The rooms have dark blinds on them which seperate you from the walkway. The blind is controlled by a button and to get into the pod you need to ask the receptionist to open it for you. My blind had a problem and got stuck and mangled up. It was the early hours of the morning but the receptionist came and sorted it out, immediately. You are then able to open and close the blind once inside the pod. There was a single bathroom within the dormitory, along with multi shower/toilets (mens and women's) outside of the room. I saw the larger pods and they looked very spacious.
