There was not much not to like really. Didn’t get chance to use the spa so can’t review that.

We loved the location of the hotel ideal for the beach and bars and restaurants.

however U was hugely disappointed in the indoor pool...so cold. I was told it's because of the salt and it was heated to 29 degrees the days I used it doubt it was this temperature when I complained I was told it's because of the high salt which was theraputic... I suggest hotel removes salt n ups the temperature. Ihave never swam in such a cold spa pool ever very disappointed as outdoor pool was so cold at this time of year I was looking forward to the indoor pool. I braved it for a couple of minutes but my sister only put her foot in and soon jumped out. Everyone I spoke to said it was too cold. Hugely disappointed.

The air con in the rooms could do with some improvement. I had mine on the coldest setting and it was still quite warm in the room. Might be a major issue in the height of summer. Keys rather than keycards which some may prefer.

Check in was swift and staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary drinks in the fridge and room is very spacious with a fair sized balcony. The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept on, superb. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the marina and promenade but also close to town. Lots of choice at breakfast to cater for all tastes. Gym was small but had everything I needed

It's not really a con, because it's a common practice in hotels, but you have to pay for drinks during the dinner. One drink in Feb 2024 was about 4 euros.

Very friendly staff that looks for way of helping you in the situations that are not standard. We arrived at 9pm, the dinner was over, but they offered us a "cold dinner", so we were good. For dinner you can choose between either 6pm or 7.30pm. Dinners and breakfast are good - lots of variety of foods. Spa center has a swimming pool, a sauna and a Turkish sauna. If you have a kid, you can still visit it between 12 and 4pm. You need to reserve the spa and the fitness room in advance, if you want to use it. We reserved one day in advance. We had a Family Room, which was pretty spacious and we liked it. Rooms are not brand new, could use some refurbishment, but OK. We were fine with our room. We had some coffee and tea in the room. We also had a minifridge with a few drinks that were free to use, but they would not to be refilled again. Just use up the drinks you have for free.

Everything was just super. The staff so courteous , and helpful throughout the hotel. Breakfast excellent, location is right on the Marina, what more could you want. Booking to return in 8 weeks.

I booked a room for 1 and of course as usual had to pay for 2 but what was extraordinary was that i couldnt book room only ie without breakfast and had to pay for 2 breakfasts. Ive travelled all over the world and this has never happened before. When i asked at reception about this they said there was nothing they could do as i had booked through booking.com Hotel needs to address this either by only charging for 1 breakfast or by offering room only. For this reason my stay was very expensive.

There was building work ongoing which is acceptable given the season. However, this fact was not clear on booking.com

Breakfast was very good well set out with a good selection. Also the SPA was exceptional, pool, steam room and sauna perfect for winding down. Unfortunately I only stayed 2 nights and no availability for the massage - next time I’ll book in advance.
