Public areas were good but room although clean needed some updating.

Generally it was fine but for the shower which had a mind of its own due to the intense water pressure….it was bit of a shock when it shot off its bracket & suddenly was shooting water straight up onto the ceiling & happened to both of us…but found this funny rather than upsetting

I had a room that was close to 2 others and there was too much noise. After the 2nd night I was moved to tge top floor which was lovely and super quiet. Breakfast was not as varied as in tge other hotels but the price here was also low.

my room was on the first floor and was noisy outside during the day time as a lot of people congregate in front of the hotel ,,so if staying in the hotel and one is sensitive to noise or wants some more privacy please ask the receptionist to change the room . this option was giving to me on checking out and i could have moved but didnt . apart from that nothing else

Location is in the centre of granada , i arrived by train and walked to the hotel about 15-20 minutes . i had arrived early and the receptionist took my bags and i had to return two hours laterwhich was no problem . i checked in later on and my room was on the first floor facing the plaza , air conditioning was working , bed comfortable and bathroom was very clean , i stayed here in this hotel for two nights nad did not get breakfast at the hotel .

Not a big deal, but room slightly run down. Wallpaper starting to peel from walls And window seals not great. Could press on them and the noise would stop.

Very central, lovely spot. Really lucky and got a room looking onto the front. As it was Easter watch all the parades. Fantastic views of the Alambra. And in walking distance of some stunning view points. Good size room. Breakfast good. Lots of restaurants around. Would recommend getting a taxi or bus to Alambra as it’s a good old hike up to it. And it’s huge to walk around when you get up there.

Only small complaint: checkin took an eternity, the very nice lady on the desk seemingly checking every detail of our passports. It took several minutes longer than it should have done.

The best possible location in Granada, on Plaza Nueva. I always stay in this area, often at Macia Plaza. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. It’s very reasonably priced.

The hotel has a very good location, 20 minutes from the Alhambra, there are cafes, restaurants, shops and a public transport stop next to it. The staff is very kind, the breakfast is good.

The first morning we decided to have breakfast in the hotel and found it bland and unexciting for the price.

After asking to change rooms ,I was put in a larger room and was more comfortable. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had ,.extremely professional and pleasant The location was perfect ,right in the heart of the city.

I loved the location. The hotel was within walking distance of the Alhambra, and I also enjoyed people watching from my hotel window which overlooked Plaza Nuevo. The towel warming rack was also a great feature.

Our room was always warm, even at night when it was 15 degrees C outside; opening the window did not help, so we always had to run the AC; no one‘s fault—the building is just constructed that way

Our bedroom window looked onto a few walls and a “corridor”. It had no view, and very little natural light. Felt a bit like a cave.

Loved the location! It was a great jumping off spot for all our adventures.
