We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I liked everything in this hotel. 🥰 Especially breakfast was awesome. ☺️ The location was excellent. There was 2 Metro station near the hotel, but to the center you can go by a walk. Staff was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. ☺️

IranI had several problems: 1- If I knew I didn't choose this hotel. They should have informed me that they wanted to close the hotel on the 24 December and I must check out at 12. but they didn't. 2- I booked a double bed and one single bed, but they gave me a room with three single beds. 3- the WC needed to be cleaned.

Breakfast was simple but filling. Nothing fancy.The one lady who run the show was efficient and run a tight ship! She presented us with a basket of warm bread every time.. Enjoyed the freshly squeezed OJ and self serve coffee!

United Stateslocation. people outside until 5 am. very very loud. I tried to take a cup of coffee to my room while I finished getting ready and was chased down for the cup. check in was painful and took 40 minutes even though I was the only one there

United KingdomMy room was quite dirty with marks on the walls, curtains and sheets. Was very basic, worn and dirty, and not worth the price if I’m honest. it was also bang on the streets, opposite bars and clubs so you hear everything until early hours which disrupts anyone sleeping.
The breakfast was lovely, and staff were nice too. location was good in terms of being based near to bars, shops, restaurants and museums, but this meant noisy nights through to early morning and little sleep
