Easy parking with a handy bus stop to take you straight into the centre (5 stops on the no 7 bus). Everywhere smelled clean and fresh and the onsite café/restaurant served a nice breakfast.

We understood from Booking.com that we were to have an upgrade to superior twin room but this didn´t happen. The room layout although very modern, for us , would have benefitted from more shelving especially in the bathroom.

All the staff were friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Very good breakfast served in the cafeteria. Bus stop outside the hotel made for easy access to the port and historical area.

Two nights disrupted by a coach load of teenager who were disruptive and made noise into early hours. Smoking people under window meant we had to keep windows closed. No amenities nearby. Lady receptionist very helpful. Other staff less so. Breakfast waiter also helpful. Bed very very firm!

It was a good walk from the city. However that was in the description so that's just personal taste. However there was a very good and regular bus service right outside the hotel. Every 10/15 minutes a number 7 or 14 bus for 1.20e will take you into the city. If you prefer to take a taxi back at night they are easy to find at the end of the plaza and cost around 6e.

All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly but professional. It was very clean. You couldn't hear other guests. Coffee shop within the hotel. We were out all day so for this purpose it's perfect. It's a good clean place to wash and sleep. Beds comfy. We had room 212 and although no view, but that's not we went for anyway, it was a refurbished room. We would stay again.

Clean big tidy hotel. Most important for us it was a parking place for camper and that hotel accept animals. The location seamed to be a bit dirty outside, but the hotel was extremely clean and fit out expectations. From hotel you can get to the center on foot or by bus, which stops in front of the hotel. Lady in reception was extremely helpful.

View from the room was towards an rather ugly and dilapidated row of residential apartments. The beds were very light and provided with wheels so very unstable, couldn't sit and read without slipping into a hole. The fridge worked but fits very little, a carton of milk and the door couldn't close. It was very noisy at night. Very. We had some food at the restaurant, and just got the worst indigestion ever. We liked the room which had been renovated, it was fresh, professional, a bit clinical but functional. At first glance it was very impressive. Price very reasonable. Impressive reading lights! TV pretty good. Shower, good power.
