As a motorway service area the hotel runs 24/7 This limits what catering can be done. Dont expect too much as its a simple menu. It is frequented by many coaches who only stop about 15 minutes at a time. Better catering can be found at nearby Loja (4km away.

Well sited hotel. Value for money at 45€ per room per night. Good sized rooms and bathroom. Friendly staff. All North facing rooms have spectacular mountain views. Hotel is pet friendly and pets are free. Lots of outdoor space to walk your dog.

The breakfast in the bar is expensive, compared to other ventas on the way.

This is an on the road place. For the price they offer I was positively surprised. The room was clean, well heated, spacious, silent and with a decent mattress. It also lookd at the countryside. To cross andalucia on a buget I'd raccomend it

Just very plain and basic. No hair dryer, but nothing really wrong. Difficult to find if you are not driving on the "correct" side of the A92. I would use again if I was travelling with a pet

10 out of 10 for being dog friendly, the balcony was not really a balcony but had a secure gate so our small dog could go in and out.We arrived late and had to go in to the hotel via the cafe but no problems with our dog. Bonus of a "park area" for exercising the dog. Large bathroom, could have held a party in it.

TV was small in comparison to room.

The bathroom and bedroom were big. Location close to motorway. Closeness to town.

In our opinion the beds were extremely firm. Not a comfortable nights sleep.

The breakfast and dinner were very good, lots of choice.

Noise from corridor and other rooms! Booking.com have placed the hotel in the wrong place, South of the motorway: it is to the North! (position switched with the Abades)!

    Nice large bathroom. Large beds.

The hotel needs a renovation quickly. The carpets in the corridors were thread bare and had holes in them. The high gloss floor tiles in the bathroom were dangerous when wet as the shower curtain was too short. The restaurant was closed. The hotel entrance was closed and entry was through the cafeteria

The staff were always helpful The rooms were large and relatively comfortable

Very small terrace, not big enough to sit out and enjoy the views although you could sit out on terrace in restaurant, however not good if not a smoker.

Location, size of the bedroom and bathroom
