The beds could be improved ( squeaky) and the main table is very sticky because of the varnish.

The location was a bit far from the city but that was our fault for not checking it out properly. Once you know the tram though it’s only a few stops to the main attractions

The kettle died but Marc arranged to have another one delivered ASAP. That's the kind of service you can count on.

Barcelonastuff Apartments are the greatest. We stayed for 21 days in Marbella 8, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a balcony overlooking the main street. The apartment is no frills, everything in it is purely functional and that worked well for us. The apartment is dead quiet, although there is some slight renovation taking place on the apartment building across the street. But any noise was not bothersome, and the apartment is a tomb in the evenings, no street noise whatsoever. The washing machine was fantastic. Marc and Rene, the hosts, are available 24/7 on WhatsApp. Rene met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and make sure we had everything we needed. They provided a set of fresh linens halfway through our stay at no cost which was very kind of them. The kitchen was well stocked, a smart TV streams in the living room/dining room, there's elevator access to the 4th floor. Trash can be emptied across the street in giant bins. We joined a gym right at the foot of Passatge Piquet which was great. The Poblenou metro stop is about 3 blocks from the apartment and goes directly to downtown Barcelona and all the main museums, sites etc. on the L4 line to Trinidad Nova. Couldn't be easier. A giant mall is under a mile north of the apartment, an easy walk for shopping at AlCampo, a market which is the equivalent of an American Target store. We would walk about 4 blocks down to the beach, then take the boardwalk up to the mall for shopping and come home via the streets. A Lidl market is a 10 minute walk from the apartment along with several other smaller grocery stores much closer. A bakery is so close you can fall into it with great bread, pastries and pizza. What's not to love.

They charged 30 euros because we checked in after 10 pm . This I found highly unreasonable as I had already paid rent for full day and it should have been my choice whenever I wanted to check in.

Rooms and kitchen and TV lounge were cozy and spacious with good temperature control.We were a family of 5 and the size of apartment was very comfortable for us. Very well equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities. The beds were also comfortable and bathroom facilities excellent. Apartment has lots of daylight and a balcony. Staff is always available and helpful.It is accessible by lift therefore highly recommended.

Rene met us on arrival and he gave us wonderful and alot of information that Made our movement in Barcelona so smooth. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, tea, olive oil,spices among other items.....this was a nice touch.

Great location in quiet neighbourhood close to amenities, metro and beach. The apartment was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and even arranged our taxi back to the airport. Would highly recommend.
