We had a few small issues: Toilet paper was poor quality (thin and narrow). Safe needs to be operated using an app, and we couldn't get it to work on my 2 year old phone. Shower wasn't hot enough. We had a very wobbly tap on the kitchenette sink. Could hear people in the street late at night.

Great location, 5 mins walk from Gracia FGC station or 10 mins walk from Fontana metro. Large Lidl is only 2 mins walk away. There's a great budget Chinese restaurant around the corner. Our room was large, comfortable and modern. Housekeeping was done every day. Beds were a good size and comfortable. We had a kitchenette with microwave, induction cooker, fridge, plates, cutlery etc. which is very handy if you prefer to do some light cooking instead of eating out.

Cleaning happened really late in the afternoon/evening, some days at around 16:00, whereas the aparthotel says the room cleaning should happen by 13:00 or 14:00 at the latest. There seemed to be a shortage on housekeeping staff, where there was only one person responsible for cleaning and turnover for the entire floor. So we weren't able to get a complete cleaning during our stay because it would be around the time that the kids needed a rest. Also, the garage is small and narrow, not recommended for large cars, and they charge the whole fee up front for the duration of the stay.

The aparthotel and the attached restaurant were very cool, the decor was nice, the food and beverages were good, and the outdoor seating was very popular. The room itself was ok, it had a nice balcony and the beds were set up when we arrived.

I was expecting 2 single beds, but we found a sofa-bed instead. And the parking was not provided by the hotel - very expensive

The sofa bed in the room looked a little worse for wear and there was paint marks on the wooden floor. In the evenings there was a strong smell of sewage in our room (not sure where it came from, possibly the bathroom). The bartenders English seemed minimal which made ordering drinks a little difficult. Not many shops/bars/amenities on the door step. Had to walk a little further (10/15 mins to get a shop)

The room was lovely and spacious, and the terrace/balcony was excellent - would be really nice in the summer evenings. All the complementary toiletries were great!

Walls were very thin making it easy to hear everything from the adjacent rooms. The faucet in the bathroom was poorly placed making it difficult to wash hands.

The shower doors did not fit properly, so unless you took a very restricted shower, you would flood the floor. The room was stuffy at night, and was frequently noisy with sounds emanating from nearby works being carried out. One morning at 5am, a terrific Louise, like rushing water broke out and lasted bout 20 minutes.we were so disturbed I rang the front desk, but unfortunately the concerned could not help because he did not sparks English.

Location was good from what we wanted to do. It was clean and room service was good. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice3.

The other room had issue with the heating system and in two nights they were not able to fix it, they offered anyway a stove of curtensi.

The apartment was big and had enough light. It was overall clean and comfortable. The price was correct for the position and the reception it is always open.

I cannot get the right invoice due to the front desk staff cannot speak English. They overcharged me $14, and i have required to email the correct invoice by 2/4. however, i still did not get the right one. I made a call on 2/7, but i cannot reach the staff who can speak English with me; hence i even cannot get my refund.

unconfortable beds, were 2 singles beds instead of a double that were seperating during the night, not easy to sleep. one of them was broken but the same day I mentioned it was fixed. also there was maintance a floor down and we had noise from the works. we were not informed before our arrival about it.

Sofa was a bit worn, according to the pictures the hotel looks more modern than is real life but it's okay.

Bed was uncomfortable with an old mattress, cleanliness was ok but not great and room heating was AC-based creating very dry air due to the strong need to heat during winter

Our bathroom door didn’t close properly but we managed with it. Also the room was a bit pricey.
