Arcos was built before the advent of the motorcar. The streets are very narrow and unless you feel very confident with your driving, suggest you DO NOT bring your car into the town.

Super hotel, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable.

It's basic, but perfectly adequate, accommodation. The room is a little stuffy and the facilities are dated but very good value for money and lovely location (with great roof top solarium with lovely views out from arcos.

The room does not have a hair dryer.

If you really want an authentic Spanish feel then this is the place to be! It is close to the cathedral at the top of the hill so you need to park at the public parking and then take the bus to the hotel or walk up the hill. But you get a discount for the parking if you give them the name of the hotel. The food is really good and fresh and they have homemade Sangria! :)

Had to go out for breakfast and had difficulty driving to the location through very narrow streets.

It suited our purpose for going to Jerez for the moto GP.

The beds are uncomfortable and make a lot of noise. Our room faced internal patio where restaurant is situated. We were lucky that it was a quiet night (out of season), but if not, it would be imposible to sleep because of the noise/poor window isolation.

Location is perfect, in the heart of the old town! The building is old and typical Andalucian style with internal open patio. Huge bathroom in our room!

Lovely location. Great roof terrace with views across Arcos. Really nice chairs and sofa's dotted around the corridors. Nice people. Bathroom was quite large. Beds made every day.

The place where we parked the car was a bit far from the hotel, so it's a good idea to put the bags in the hotel first and then park the car; otherwise we needed to walk a lot and the streets are very steep. The downsize of this is that the streets are also very narrow and it's difficult to drive around.

Very good location, friendly staff, has a restaurant with good prices , clean, spacious bathroom.

Very diffucult to find parking place, car park in the nearby in usually full. Hard to communicate in English, and finally very poor breakfast. For the same price you can eat much better in any other place.

    good location

    picturesque

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, located in the old city center, next to Santa Maria Church. We greatly appreciated the friendly attitude of the guy at the reception, who was very kind and helped us in any way he could. The room was very big, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served in the very nice patio of the hotel.

The hotel is on top of the biggest hill with the smallest street you will ever find. We had a rental car and parking was street parking. We gave up on it and went back into Jerez for a hotel that you could actually park.

Nothing we didn't even make it, our mirrors brushed on parked cars. Make yourself a favor and find something else. I wish I had read a review before booking.
