The hallway is old style and dark, a bit creepy to walk by. I paid extra to be upgraded to a room with balcony. However, the balcony has no use. It's super small and dirty.

Location is perfect, close to a metro station and bus stops are just few steps away. The staff were really helpful, communication was great. The room is clean and we even got a small welcome gift. Bathroom is spacious.

The location is great, on walking distance of the Ramblas and all great musea and neighbourhoods, el Raval Eixample and Gothic. A relaxing atmosphere in a vibrant city.

Was a little pricey but that what you pay for the location, in the heat it was so good to come back shower and head back out

The on tap water was outstanding even had a agui gas, alone with the common area facilities, fridge, coffee maker, milk, microwave. Location very central !!!

The staff are not a the hotel round the clock, so you may need to call or wait for their services. We arrived at the hotel on the day of the total power cut in Iberia and we had very bad experience to reach to the hotel. Yet, we had little help from staff. We knew that everyone was panic on that day but this was exactly when we needed the most support from local people and staff of our hotel.

The hotel design and decorations are very original. We found many small details with a lot of care from the owner. Although there is no breakfast, but you can have a self-service pantry where you can find coffee, tea, milk, cookies, etc. for your drink. There is also sparkling water in tap. The public areas are clean, quitet and very nice, especially the patio with green plants. We also like the small gifts like a bag, the small bottle of wine and the pack of snack, 2 candies, etc. in the room.

Additional trip is needed separately to the other building for payment if you cannot check in between reception time which is usually hard when traveling for business. Had to return to hotel before dinner to complete payment and collect keys valid for the next day.

Very noisy when balcony door was open.

The hotel is situated at a central location, metro station outside, Plaza Catalunya at 5 min walk. Rooms are clean and modern. There is a beautiful terrace where I had my coffee in the mornings - water, coffee and tea provided without extra costs.

I don’t recall “not liking” anything. The property is everything I would expect of a nicely run 2 star lodging. Very friendly. Very accommodating. All we NEEDED.

Perfect location, friendly staff. The aerobus stopped near the hotel which made the checkin even easier. The theme of the hotel was lemon based, as expected and very cozy.

The windows in front don’t block much sound. First night noisy street cleaning and a small party at 2-3am.
