Clean quiet very central. Close to beach and bus routes plenty of Bar's close by. Rooms cleaned daily. Friendly staff. Plenty of wardrobe space and room safe.

Very busy street but slept with blackout curtains. Buses and taxis used route so could be noisey. OInly one lift so could be s wait if you have mobility difficulties.

Good budget hotel food ok and staff good good location for Old Town. Value for money. Good tapas square over the road.

While I was given a quiet room , the construction of the building has little or no sound insulation., hence noise from rooms above and beside , allow noise to be transferred.

Sadly on our first night there, we were wakened at 2.30am, having gone to bed around midnight, by a loud whirring noise coming from the room next door. We tried to ignore it but just couldn't get back to sleep. I went down to reception at 4am. The person on reception came up to our room and agreed that it was very noisy but explained that he couldn't do anything about it then but we should report it after breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately we didn't get any sleep that night but reported it in the morning after breakfast. We were given another room but no apology which I was disappointed about. Moved into our new room and slept well all day, it was dark when we woke up. We only had 5 days in Benidorm and I felt angry that one of those days was wasted because we were sleeping instead of being out enjoying our holiday. We completely understand that some people, especially the elderly, like us, may need the help of medical machinery but the Hotel has to make this comfortable for all.

Location was great. Short walk to everything. Brilliant !!!! Breakfast and dinner was just fine not a vast choice but what we had was very good also the staff in the restaurant were very hard working young men doing a great job

It was on a Main Road, but about 11pm it went quiet!

The food was Good, and It was near the front. They didn't charge me anything for the TV remote control, or for the Room Key!
