Charge for certain beds round pool was strange in an already expensive hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, the only dislike was they only had musli or the like on instead of cornflakes or wheatabix or some other cereals on .

Fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top service throughout our stay. This hotel is perfect for families with children, they offer both a kids pool and an adult pool to suit different needs, as well as a kids club with a dedicated nanny. Highly recommend!

Excellent. All of it. Clean, amazing location. Airy, staff was probably one of the very best I have encountered. A special thank you to the concierge staff. Just awesome planning every day/evening. The entire staff was so welcoming all along. Very nice. The room was also super clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

When I turned all lights off at night, the power to the plug sockets seemed to stop, meaning that my phone did not charge overnight Noisy - My last night (Thursday) I could hear music late into the night. I'm not sure if that was from another room or the rooftop bar

The room I booked was advertised as a 2 bedroom suite. When we arrived it was just 1 bedroom. The hotel staff were great about allocating the adjoining room, but it wasn't ready, so we had to wait to unpack The WiFi connection in our suite was terrible and would only connect if I went out to the balcony The plug sockets were somehow connected to the lights so when we switched off the lights at night, our phones wouldn't charge As we'd booked a suite, we were entitled to lots of extras. It would have been good if the hotel had contacted us in advance of our stay to tell us more about those as we didn't have time to take advantage by the time we arrived We were asked preferences for the housekeeping team to service the room. They didn't keep to that and twice we came back to the room the cleaners were in. On another day they missed turn down in the 2nd/adjoining bedroom but did it for the main bedroom/suite which was strange The balcony/terrace and jacuzzi in the suite weren't cleaned during our 5 day stay

There were no beds available ( as usual ) round the pool and it wasnt even high season- you had to pay an extortionate amount for the double sunbeds- unacceptable if you are a paying hotel guest and their are no other beds available. Breakfast was 45 Euros per person - that is crazy expensive

Hotel entrance and welcome was exceptional, pool area very nice, views spectacular with great yoga classes. Good location - liked walking along the coastal path to other bays and towns

I booked the rooftop restaurant a week in advance advance to arrive and be told that it was closed for the week. It was very disappointing.

Breakfast is lovely, the pool excellent. This year the beach was unfortunately covered in seaweed.

The staff are all so kind and friendly, super helpful too. The room was incredible, we kindly got an upgrade and the room was next level. We had a bath in the room and an incredible sea view. The food is amazing, the views are spectacular, I can’t wait to come again.

Stunning boutique hotel, very friendly staff. Good breakfast spread. Very easy to get taxis, good concierge service. We had an issue with the air-conditioning in our room on the first night, the staff went above and beyond to sort it out and when that wasn’t possible, they changed (upgraded) our room. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

There was a noticeable limitation in the number of sunbeds available, which made it challenging to find a spot. This could be inconvenient, especially for guests looking to relax by the pool, as the limited availability can feel like a push to reserve a Paid bed.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, from fresh fruits and pastries to cooked dishes. The spa area was serene and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere with a beautifully designed setup that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the experience.

Sun beds are limited. We felt having to pay €250 to sit in the adults only section is expensive and a bit unfair for people who want a quiet day.

Service was not always brilliant around the pool if you weren’t in full sight of the staff - time waiting for bar / food service was sometimes a bit slow and felt harder than it needed to be. But really friendly Lovely staff balanced this out

Noise in the middle of the night due to preparations for a wedding the next day. After complaining, they lowered the noise level. The choice of food is rather limited and staff was not trained at all, didn’t know anything on the menu, exceptions not withstanding. Overall, expensive for the value offered.

The fact that the sun beds run out and are booked most of the time. The language barrier many staff didn’t understand or speak English. I had one incident where it took the housekeeping team 45 minutes to provide me with shower towels and water in the room, I had to call 3 times every 15 minutes. Although they were courteous I don’t understand why they were not responsive. I had to go down to the reception and log a complaint! The management reached out the next day offering an extension in check out time as a recovery, but we had to go to the airport early morning, so they have us give away gifts, I thought that was nice. One thing to note for anyone booking since the hotel is slightly over priced in my view, the “leveled up “ rooms mean they face the Neigbour hood building roof tops with no sea or garden view. We were very disappointed when we reached and were checking in, after making a complaint we were upgraded. That’s why I reiterate that the staff and management are friendly. We also missed our flight the first day of check in and they accept it for us to take lunch instead of the missed breakfast and one night for 2 bedrooms.

We liked the clean beach access, the breakfast’s suite of options was 7 stars, and the general ambiance was very nice and family friendly.
