The rooms are very poorly soundproofed and therefore you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms at both sides and from above. Glass Screening of neighbouring balcony doesn't make it very private. Large bins on each floor for recycling are a good idea however not when hotel guests deposit bottles,cans and other waste at 1am or 7am which again you can clearly hear. Breakfast is average with little variation or choice or fresh items..

They charge 20 euros a day for parking... We found a great parking spot a short walk away, it was 3.50 euros for 5 hours and free from 9pm to 10am, which suited us fine as we were out and about most days.

Good location, just a few minutes' walk to the town centre. The room and hotel was clean and comfortable, and all staff were very helpful. Nice pool area, with plenty of beds available. The games room and pool table went down well with our teenage son.

We had two single beds put together, would have been nice to have a big bed to share with my boyfriend but it was ok. But other than that I loved every bit of our stay

The staff was amazing. We arrived late at night and Jesus from the front desk was so nice and friendly. The room is spacious, with a lovely balcony and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and the shower had a nice water pressure. Breakfast was served until late so that was very appreciated, it had more than I expected. The location of the hotel is great, supermarkets and town close by with plenty of options.

Rooms were extremely small, we were two adults and an 11 year old. Our sons were next door and same story. Breakfast was ok not great after 7 days straight, continental but was very plentiful in fairness and plenty of sweet pastries which kids enjoyed.

Very relaxed feel to the place. Lots of young family’s. Pool was small but no issues as we always got a sun bed and it wasn’t very busy all the time. Staff were lovely and very helpful, especially the young woman on reception. Potent sangria🍹😂. Air con excellent. Tossa is gorgeous an abundance of small quaint streets. Fab scenery, loads of restaurants, 5 minute walk!!

We did hear people moving chairs, which scraped on the floor. This seemed to be day and night.

All staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was just 10 minutes walk from the coach station, old town and beach. It was a blessing to have a pool as it was so hot during our stay. The breakfast was ample.

- the room was completely different from what it was shown on the booking. It was ground floor with no light. It was very claustrophobic. They couldn’t change our room until half of our stay and after that point we were too settled to move. The room still had a terrace but it was below pavement level and next to a small garden that was not taking care of. There were also cats and because we were on ground floor we couldn’t leave the door open because they tried to enter and there were no windows or anything else that we could leave open without worry. - there are lots of rules on the pool area like no food, no playing balls, no jumping, no diving. I wouldn’t recommend this pool for people with children or for anyone who just enjoys pool in this way.
