Rooms directly under the dining room are extremely noisy from the moving chairs during breakfast (early) in the morning.

For the quality of the stay and the price i was expecting to receive much less in terms of hospitality and quality of the room, sure you are not staying in a 5 star hotel, but is quite "premium" for a 3 stars

The host was friendly and helpful. We could find parking slot outside the hotel easily. Great breakfast with good view of the city. It takes 5 mins to go to the city centre. Even the room is a bit small but it is minor as the all buildings in the old city has history and were built long time ago. Definitely a good choice for our trip to Toledo.

Great location, easy walk from the train station with a full backpack and very close to the escalator up to the old city. Staff were very friendly and room was what you'd expect it to be.

It’s a hidden gem away from the crowded area of Plaza Zocodover, however, conveniently located for you to enjoy everything that the old city has to offer. The breakfast was delicious. Alfonso was great with us. Will book this hotel again when we come back to Toledo.

The room was basic but acceptable except for the shower recess which could barely fit a thin person and leaked over the bathroom floor.

The position was good if you can’t afford to be fully within the old city.

Very nice good-sized room in hotel halfway up the hill with nice views over the valley. Not in the town centre, but near escalator, so within easy reach. Clean, comfortable, good wifi.

Tv is the size of a stamp on the wall. You hear easyliy others from the corridor/room next to and from outside (im easily desturbed by noices ).

Hotel well situated just below the escalators that take you up into the town. Was on road (paid) parking which reception said was safe directly outside or a multistorey 100m up the road. We had the 'basic' breakfast which was coffee/tea, croissants or toast along with cereal/yoghurt/fruits and little cakes. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful, spoke English. Room clean, beds comfortable, ensuite had plenty of hot water. Ideal base to visit Toledo

Location was excellent as close to the train station and centre of the city with easy access by escalator. Room was pleasant and overlooked the city and river. Clean and good value for money. Hotel receptionist was helpful and welcoming. Paid Parking facilities close by which is great.
