I didn't get a good night's sleep because of noise from other rooms, corridors and outside... Even with windows and curtains closed... 1am..2am...3am!!!! Otherwise, my stay would have been excellent!

we heard the neighbors especially at night and also noise from the outside. Also we could not close the window in the bathroom and because it was very windy, and because of the draft the doors in the room very doing noise and we could not sleep

Dining room was during dinners regullarly busy. It was not possible to find the unoccupied table. (I would recommend to the hotel director to offer to the customers a dinner booking in advance in order not to wait for dinner 20 min and more). During the night there were extremely noisy hotel customers. Sometimes it was not easy to get asleep.

The food was not good. It was a buffet with pre-frozen meals, nothing fresh or tasty.

The staff was super friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed. The location is very nice and there is a bus that runs the whole night and connects the area with Palma.

It wasn’t clean to be honest. The shower head couldn’t even pump water evenly. When positioned, even wen you adjust the water pressure, it will just wet everywhere and your hair. The only food that was good enough was breakfast. Lunch and dinner were horrible. They always cook undone rice. Tasteless fish and chicken. Meat was always overcooked. Other guests had no respect for others. Some will come back to the hotel at 3/4am and will bang those doors, causing so much noises. Shouting and screaming and just waking up others. The room right opposite us, think it was 724 was playing a loud music as early at 07:00 hours and woke me up. Even when I told them, they continued and I had to tell the hotel staff. Not all was bad, the reception staff’s were amazing, helped us throughout our stay.

We had a lot of fun. The hotel is cleaned daily. Travel Delhi changes and the hotel is at a very good location.

Very nice hotel, market is nearby. Food is very good. Sir you also get, everything is available. Every day 6 bier per person free of cost Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day. Fruit is for the kids.
