We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SlovakiaDining room was during dinners regullarly busy. It was not possible to find the unoccupied table. (I would recommend to the hotel director to offer to the customers a dinner booking in advance in order not to wait for dinner 20 min and more). During the night there were extremely noisy hotel customers. Sometimes it was not easy to get asleep.

United KingdomIt wasn’t clean to be honest. The shower head couldn’t even pump water evenly. When positioned, even wen you adjust the water pressure, it will just wet everywhere and your hair. The only food that was good enough was breakfast. Lunch and dinner were horrible. They always cook undone rice. Tasteless fish and chicken. Meat was always overcooked. Other guests had no respect for others. Some will come back to the hotel at 3/4am and will bang those doors, causing so much noises. Shouting and screaming and just waking up others. The room right opposite us, think it was 724 was playing a loud music as early at 07:00 hours and woke me up. Even when I told them, they continued and I had to tell the hotel staff. Not all was bad, the reception staff’s were amazing, helped us throughout our stay.
