Couldn't get good English tv channel but not an issue. Just watched on my phone .didn't like the hot drinks in the vending machine for brekkie. Again no issue just went on the marina 2 minutes away

The breakfast was not great- I wish I hadn’t included it. The coffee was mediocre and from a machine. There are much better breakfast options nearby. I recommend not including the hotel breakfast. As others have mentioned, it’s not very sound proof, so you hear other people a lot. It didn’t bother me too much though.

This hotel has an amazing location! It’s walkable to almost everywhere in Santa Eulalia. The rooms were simple, but clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Pet friendly!

Good value for money , especially the breakfast . The swimming pool is a great asset . very close to bus stops , which meant it was easy and cheap to travel to the hotel by bus .

No lift but i was only 1st floor at least. Drain smell. In the room was very very bad but I wasn't there much so I didn't ask. For assistance or room change. Staff were helpful so I'm. Sure they would have sorted it if I'd asked.

The coffee! They need to change the breakfast coffee! Doing this will raise their ratings. Also it can get loud. This place is not a 10 but it is full of wonderful people who will make your stay relaxing as possible.

The breakfast was average. Not much choice and the cutlery was not very clean. Did not have a lift which was not a problem for me, but could pose a problem if you had a health problem. I prefer to sleep with windows open, however, needed ear plugs.

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great mattress. Town centre location. Within 15 minutes walk to harbour and bus station.

Rooms were a little run down. There was a hole in the ceiling in bathroom so water dripped into the shower.

Great location, nice to have a pool and Oberdan on reception was exceptional. He was so so helpful and welcoming. All the staff were lovely but he stood out.

Whilst we didn’t have high hopes of grandeur, the breakfast was disappointing but our main issue was noise! The walls are paper thin, to the point you can hear your neighbours every move, sniffle and conversation. We were kept up into the early hours by the sound of a nearby neighbour vomiting for hours on end. The beds aren’t overly comfortable but the pillows were like sand bags.

The location is exceptional, a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars and easily accessible by cab. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was basic, but considering it was the most affordable option available I was impressed by the quality of the pool. It was clean, and fit the bill for a long weekend.

Not space in bathroom for cosmetic, there is no kettle in the room, no plates and cutlery.

Good location, 5-10 minutes to sea, very quiet hotel and street. Beds comfortable but two single. Air conditioning works great . Breakfast okay. Bathroom need to update but is clean and everything working . Nice and helpful staff!

the sounds from the hallway and into the room and between the rooms were to noisy. we could hear everything the next door room talked about. People just walking in the hallway woke us up as it sounded as they walked in our room. Breakfast was ok, but should have had more vegetables and fruit.

The property is very simple no frills value for money. It’s located in a quiet street but very central. The staff are both friendly and helpful the atmosphere is very relaxed. If you just need a a simple air conditioned room and a laid back pool to chill. This is perfect

There was no door to the bedroom, I didn't have any plugs in the bathroom. I had the option of boiling hot water or freezing cold and the water pressure wasn't great.

The staff were great, locations was also great, just a few minutes into town. The room was clean and spacious.
