You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was excellent: Apartment itself was very spacious for a 4 member family, very well equipped and with a stunning view to the seaside. Location was perfect, roughly 30 meters from the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Service: helpful, very kind Price/quality ratio is perfect

United KingdomThe property was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. All rooms were beautiful and modern. Huge bed and sofa bed. Bathroom great with walk in shower and double sink. Toilettes were amazing. Kitchen was good but let down by now washing soap, towel or oven glove. Inc, water, tea and coffee. Balcony huge with comfy furniture and amazing view of the sea. The pictures on booking.com do not show how beautiful the property is.

United KingdomThe mattress in the 2nd bedroom was really uncomfortable and quite poor quality. We were 3 adults and a dog travelling as a family so I think its really important that all beds are of good quality, not just the master bedroom.
The staff were really friendly and if you bring a dog with you, they also give you a cute welcome pack which I think is a really nice touch. The location is awesome, literally seconds from the beach.

FranceOne side of the mattress was far too soft and used - should be replaced. The extra fee for our dog (EUR 25 per day) could have been better advertised on Booking.com, it just says "fees may apply". Generally the apartment was quiet, but on the last night our upstairs neighbors were very noisy until 1 am - curfew should be better enforced by staff.
Very good location on the beach, 5-minute walk to city center and 10 minutes to train station. The apartment was clean and well-kept, balcony with garden and sea view was great. Sitges is a wonderful base to visit Barcelona, just 40 minutes by train (every 15 minutes) and very lively by itself.
