Clean good breakfast easy walk into main areas

After the first night we almost showered under cool water, the next day everything was fine. I guess the reason was the full hotel booking that day and water tank capacities were too small.

Very good location, just 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. Really large, comfortable room with a huge comfortable bed. Quite standard breakfast, nothing special, but good enough. We was in the 1th floor.

The breakfast room was quite cramped and windowless. The bedroom doors were impossible to close quietly. We heard a strange loud noise which we discovered was the door to the service area opening and closing . There were quite a lot of homeless people sleeping in the entrance to the nearby car park which, although they didn’t bother us didn’t give a very good first impression.

Hotel was a short walk from the metro station and ten minutes from the historic centre. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

To be honest hotel was very good good but from 2nd floor looking out windows was not nice view with all older apartment which is expected being in city. Hot was good for small city break & in my opinion not for holiday as it's nice to have good view

Our room was on a corner and so had plenty of light - a bright aspect. The room was very large with an extremely clean bathroom. We especially liked the kettle and coffee/tea supplies as these are not always found in Spanish hotels.

The breakfast room could be very noisy. Marmalade would have been a nice option. Jams were a bit insipid.

The daily room cleaning was very thorough. Excellent. Food at breakfast was speedily restocked. Staff were very efficient.

Quiet, comfy well appointed room. Comfy bed. curtains that kept the light out. bathroom fully equipped and shower with plenty of hot water . kettle and fridge provided. great location in centre of town on a quiet side street. valencia can be very noisy at night. This hotel is just away from noisy bars though they are close if you want night life you just dont want it under your window.

If you have difficulties waking up from noise (in the hotel hallway or on the Streets) make sure not to book a room on the Street side. Or bring earplugs. Unfortunately our room was not at all sound proof.

Great Location in the city! Rooms are spotless and there's more than enough space in the rooms. Personeel is super friendly and cleaning was excellent. Breakfast perfect and enjoyable. We did not eat at the restaurant.

The pillow was so uncomfortable so I used the decorative cushion as a pillow.

The reception staff were so helpful in trying to find appropriate restaurants as I am a bit of a "foodie". They were very patient with my numerous questions. The room was very comfortable and loved the slippers provided as I had forgotten mine.

Bright light above the door was disturbing at night, the room was cleaned in the afternoon, when we usually got back to have a rest. I find the prices a bit too high for what they are offering.

Location was great, breakfast was ok. Rooms were fine, not very spaceous but clean.

Only issue was that we booked a deluxe double room and when we arrived, the bed was 2 singles pushed together; there was no issue with this, but just an FYI for those who want a double bed.

Nice location with walkable distance to most tourist spots and restaurants. Metro stop was a 5 min walk away with a direct route to and from the airport. Staff were friendly and accommodating to both my partner and myself. Room was very big and clean also. There was a mini bar in the room but we did not use this.

1) Only one rather small, flimsy plastic chair in the room, which is unusual. I assume the choice of plastic was for hygiene and easy cleaning, which I understand, but perhaps (a) a second chair and (b) sturdier, larger design would be good. 2) Breakfast room was a bit cramped with tables set centimetres away from each other. 3) Hotel room doors: If only hoteliers and engineers would get together to design self-closing doors that close quietly and not bang, travel would be so much calmer :-)

1) Location: 5 minutes from the main train station and Xativa metro and 3 minutes to another metro line. 3 minute walk to multiple bus stops. 3-5 minutes walk from 2 different bakeries and 2 different supermarkets. 10-15 minutes' walk to many of the main attractions in the old town, and walking around Valencia is easy. Lots of restaurants nearby. Orange and Vodafone shops within a 7 minute walk. The Central Market is also within 6-8 minute walk. The hotel was on a reasonably quiet side street just moments away from the busy parts so you walked out onto calmness rather than cars and buses whizzing by. 2) Quiet: I asked for a quiet room not overlooking traffic/roads and I got it, so I could sleep OK at night. 3) Room: Spacious & clean. I had two single beds in my room but they were very wide single beds stuck together. Pillows were long and firm and fitted the whole width of the bed. Plenty of blankets. Huge windows so lots of light. Blackout curtains (with no gap in between as they overlapped!) for a comfortable sleep. Hygiene-wise, there were very few surfaces or drawer handles which I liked ... however, there was still ample bedside table space and closet space, just without doors/drawers. 4) Because of the above, I found it to be good value for money.

This may not be of concern to lots of people, but the bathroom is basically beside the bed and has a opaque glass door, so if you are easily embarrassed or dislike toilet noises do not book these rooms.

We were across the road from the main hotel but that was not a problem. The breakfast was excellent.

For a hotel in the centre of a big city, it was quiet. It was very easy to get there and move around the city.
